權證市場成長快速，根據中華民國證券商業同業公會統計，去(2013)年權證日均量達16.62億元，占大盤成交比重從2012年的1.12%拉高至1.72%，而且上市櫃發行檔數首度突破2萬檔。券商公會理事長簡鴻文更預期，在立法院可望通過調降權證避險交易的證交稅稅率，再配合開放投資人權證交易當日沖銷，預計今年權證交易金額可再成長3倍，再創新高。

簡鴻文指出，權證市場過去受限於投資人的交易習慣與籌碼流通性，並未受到重視，券商公會為使台灣權證市場能有所興革，使得權證市場能更保險、更安全、更多樣、更活潑及成本更低，一方面在制度面提出建言給主管機關及周邊單位參考，一方面也結合權證發行證券商的力量，努力行銷推廣權證商品讓權證市場在最近幾年進步快速。

根據券商公會統計，在成交金額方面：去年1年權證日均量為16.62億元、占大盤交易量比重為1.72%；較2012年權證日均量的10.66億元、占大盤交易量的1.12%，無論在絕對金額或相對占比，都有大幅的進步。

在權證發行檔數方面，也從2012年的1萬7887檔高檔位置，去年再拉升到2萬0046檔，交易人數也從2012年的8萬2195人，去年增加到9萬5147人，有更多投資人接受權證這種以小搏大的商品。

展望新的一年，簡鴻文強調，期待立法院儘速通過調降權證避險交易的證交稅稅率，由千分之3降為千分之1，將可反映在權證造市，縮小買賣價差，提供更好的流動性，再配合開放投資人權證交易當日沖銷，預計今年權證交易金額可再成長3倍，再創新高。

李承哲偷歌賺飽飽挨告

【陳穎／綜合報導】韓國老牌歌手李承哲，去年推出新專輯《My Love》，同名單曲MV，記錄他當「丘比特」幫忙求婚的真實故事而爆紅。他卻因沒經過「Core Contents Medis」製作公司同意，擅自把韓劇《伊甸園之東》等主題曲，收錄在自己的新專輯中，製作公司因而怒告他侵權。

「Core Contents Medis」製作公司表示，他們都沒有收到李承哲收錄歌曲的版權費，李承哲的經紀公司根本毫無職業道德，希望司法可以還他們公道，也讓音樂版權可以受到更多人注意。

【葉國吏／綜合報導】洋基球星A-Rod(Alex Rodriguez，羅德里格茲)，遭爆服用禁藥是為了想要創下800支全壘打的記錄。

今日出刊的《中國時報》引述紐約《每日新聞報》報導，美國警方已經掌握藥頭與A-Rod的手機簡訊，內容可以看出要投時常前往A-Rod的住戶幫他施打禁藥。

報導中指出，A-Rod為了打破大聯盟生涯762轟的記錄，，才會決定服用禁藥，讓他擁有充足「爆發力」，創下800轟的歷史新頁。

面臨162場禁賽，今年球季恐將報銷，A-Rod仍堅持上訴，不承認使用禁藥，資料照片

震旦行上月營收增4%；今年營運看樂觀

電子設備通路商震旦行（2373）去年12月受惠於對中國公務機關的辦公室設備（OA）出貨量成長，使得單月營收較去年11月成長約4%。展望後市，震旦行表示，在中國OA需求仍將成長，且3D印表機進入正式出貨階段的貢獻下，樂觀看待今年營運表現。

震旦行去年12月營收約10.06億元，月增4%、年增9%；累計2013年營收約107.21億元，因去年10月起震旦電信不再列入合併營收，因此去年全年營收較2012年衰退約15%。

針對去年12月業績較前一月成長，震旦行說明，主要是占公司營收約69%的中國市場，該月對公務機關的辦公室設備出貨提升，促使單月營收較前一月增長。據瞭解，去年12月中國的辦公室設備營收約5100萬人民幣、月增約34%，全月中國營收則來到1.45億人民幣、月增約3%。

展望今年營運，震旦行指出，中國對於辦公室設備需求仍在提升，加上中國與台灣市場的3D列印機將正式出貨，以及擬成立MA（Major Account）部門開發大型客戶，因此公司對於今年營收與獲利狀況皆正面看待。
