中信本土3巨投 陳鴻文領銜 中國時報【歐建智╱桃園報導】 林煜清、增菘瑋、陳鴻文是今年中信兄弟本土3大先發巨投，陳鴻文去年兼任先發與後援 ，今年定位在先發，不用再兩頭燒。林煜清、增菘瑋今年目標則都是至少6局的優質先發 。 中信兄弟在1月1日開始春訓，投手群昨已進入牛棚階段，增菘瑋前天進牛棚，林煜清、陳 鴻文、耿伯軒、羅國華都在昨日練投30球，進度較過去兄弟象春訓還快。 總教練謝長亨表示，今年少掉體能訓練，春訓馬上進入練球，調整進度比以前快，接下來 就要進行投手與內野手的守備默契訓練。預計過年後進入備戰狀態，到斗六移訓後開始打 熱身賽。 陳鴻文去年時而先發時而後援，今年專心在先發調整，他在元旦還因手臂不適未參與練球 ，直到5日薪水敲定才現身。他表示，今年是在台第1個完整春訓，跟在小聯盟的調整差不 多，之前都有自主訓練，所以春訓可以很快進入狀態。 林煜清與增菘瑋去年都有10勝，林煜清表示，針對去年的缺失進行修正，「我想達成單季 200局，第1年投147.1局，去年是157.2局，今年是突破去年的局數，每場至少投到第7局 。」 「去年春訓時的調整不太有自信，但經整季的考驗證明效果不錯，今年春訓繼續採用相同 模式，不同的是要練得更有自信。」增菘瑋表示，今年要修正第1局及第6局不穩的毛病， 目標是場場優質先發。 http://news.chinatimes.com/sports/11051202/112014011700401.html -- Firefox 26也能正常使用的下載管理類擴充套件 http://tinyurl.com/l6mhg9p -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.255.163.239

霍夫曼釋前嫌？徵求美鴨照

黃色小鴨原創者霍夫曼最近寫信給基隆黃色小鴨主辦單位，要求提供10張高畫質基隆黃色小鴨照片給他，將放在他的官網上。主辦單位向外界廣徵小鴨最「萌」的照片，民眾拍的照片，有機會在霍夫曼的官網出現。

基隆黃色小鴨從展出前到展出後，風波不斷，霍夫曼未出席基隆黃色小鴨開幕活動，接著又引發商品授權爭議，風波平息後，霍夫曼的官方網站在小鴨展出多日後，才貼了一張黃色小鴨在基隆港展出的照片。

近日，小鴨終於獲得霍夫曼的認同，撥雲見日，霍夫曼日前寄了一封電郵給主辦單位，要主辦單位提供一些沒有版權爭議的照片，他要放上官網。

這個消息一出，立刻引發網友熱烈討論，有網友在臉書貼文，「霍夫曼來信要提供黃色小鴨照片，他要放在官網上耶！全球都看得到」、「我拍的萌小鴨可能躍上國際喔！」

主辦單位表示，民眾只要拍到好照片、好角度、好構圖都可一試，但不能造假或有版權爭議。

即日起至本月20日，民眾可在「黃色小鴨來基隆」Rubber Duck Welcome To Keelung官方臉書貼上照片（一人限2張），並留下email，主辦單位挑選後會以email通知提供高解析度大圖。

等不下去 高公局提前大稽核

國道計程收費上路後，遠通電收不斷出包，民眾怨聲連連。交通部高公局被迫出擊，原訂今年7月才要進行的稽核，提前在本周一（13日）就開始一連串「抽考」，預計農曆年前完成臨時抽檢。

高公局昨抽樣稽核「扣款正確性（或稱可收費成功率）」，高公局人員直接調閱ETC門架資料及錄影畫面，比對資料與扣款有無錯誤。交通部高公局副局長吳木富表示，該項稽核較複雜，約需1星期抽取資料、比對，預計農曆年前完成。

吳木富說，只要是會損及民眾權益，或影響國道計程收費穩定性，都是稽核項目。未來有任何突發狀況，高公局會隨機啟動臨時稽核，替民眾權益把關。

他也說，當抽檢結果發現有錯誤，會給遠通電收幾天改善時間，若期限內未改善且為重大缺失（如個資外洩、儲值金額不正確等），則會形成「違約」狀況。當違約改善期滿卻還是出包時，將按合約每日開罰新台幣50萬元。「但如果嚴重成那樣，也不需要罰錢，可以直接考慮與遠通 解約了！」

高公局總工程司許鉦漳表示，國道計程的「通行量」與「收費成功率」稽核原訂半年執行一次，但以目前狀況來看已等不下去。高公局決定臨時抽檢，本周一就開始針對「個資保護」、「帳務儲值」與「客服」等項目進行稽核。

吳木富表示，「個資保護」與「帳務儲值」已稽核完畢，確認遠通並無個資外洩問題，並已調整帳戶儲值的時間差。但客服人數與服務品質仍有待加強。

年節腳步近 魚蝦恐再漲價

根據漁業署統計，昨日白鯧批發價格每公斤平均572元，比去年同期上漲4成4，漁業署預估，春節前夕，紅尼羅魚的產地價將從每公斤65元，飆漲至90到110元，白蝦266元將漲至400元，就連台灣鯛也有3成的漲幅，不過，石斑魚（青斑）目前池邊交易價為280到300元，年節價格恐下滑至220元。

農委會副主委胡興華建議，民眾可以選擇平價的台灣鯛、圓眼燕魚、紅目鰱、午仔魚。午仔魚有「五福臨門」的意義，圓眼燕魚則有「富貴魚」之稱，象徵「富貴有餘（魚）」，外型近似圓形，有團圓、圓滿之意，是漁業署推薦為年節吉祥用魚首選。（記者鍾麗華）
