【突發中心╱新竹報導】竹科新貴住不起豪宅，只能住「好窄」！《蘋果》直擊，竹科工程師密度最高的金山街「違建城」，許多掛著識別證及黑眼圈的工程師正準備上工，而他們蝸居的套房，在室內只要跨個2、3步就會撞到牆壁，就算有對外窗，望出去也是一格格的違建「工程師鴿籠」，居住品質堪慮，但他們搶房搶破頭。不具名工程師說：「買不起房，這裡最近，不租這要租哪？」

在竹科工作，大學畢業新鮮人年薪約50到60萬元，年資5、6年的工程師應可達百萬年薪；但趨勢專家微驅科技總經理吳金榮指出，科技公司現在較少發股票，多以現金為主，雖然員工起薪略有提高，但整體來說比以前配發股票時來得低，當然影響科技人的購買力，且以中階人員最明顯。

無人駕駛車需要包括幾項要素 精準的衛星定位(GPS)系統：不然誰知道它想開去那??? 車身雷達系統：倒車時常聽到BB叫的就是了。 車輛視覺系統：用來判斷紅綠燈或是其他車輛的動態。 電控式動力方向盤：已經用很久了，其實你轉的方向盤已經跟電動一樣了。 電控式油門及煞車：也已經行之有年了，也就是定速巡航系統；這讓開車跟打電動時，手指壓的AB鍵一樣，只是有大小力之分。 最基本的無人駕駛系統，其實也只要掌握好上述幾點就能作到。咱們先來看看系統要如何運作。 首先，要先知道去那?這就是GPS要作用了，先了解車輛所在位置，並規劃行車路線告知行車電腦，這時車子就可以開始啟動了。第二步需要依靠車身雷達系統來了解車諒周圍是否有障礙物，則要規劃出離開障礙物進入車道的路徑；此時也先別忙，要知道從停車位移到主車道還需要注意行進的車輛動態，因此視覺系統就要開始運作了。藉由視覺系統判斷是否有移動中的物體靠近，這樣才能安心的開出停車位。再來就是電控的方向盤及油門控制，讓車子開始正式移動。 在車輛進入道路開始移動的過程中，則要不斷的監控外部參數來調整車子動態行為，這些外部參數包括GPS、車身雷達、視覺系統、方向盤角度、輪胎角度、車身水平儀、車子時速及輪胎轉速等等…，藉由這些資訊的處理研判車子及周遭環境，來操控方向盤、油門及煞車配合。 之後就無限的重覆與修正，其實跟人在開車是一樣的，我們的眼睛看到路況，腦袋就會開始思考要怎麼操作這台車子，手就會開始轉動方向盤，腳就會開始踩油門或煞車。眼睛就是那些感測器所獲得的外部參數，行車電腦則是人的大腦，而方向盤、油門及煞車則靠馬達代勞。 無人駕駛的基本硬體設施其實早就已經具備了，包括感測器及驅動馬達這兩大部份，而讓人不確定的因素則是行車電腦的判斷能力。如何將感測器所獲得的資訊正確的解讀與判斷是當中最困難的部份。 所以車商的技術瓶頸只在於怎樣讓行車電腦判斷出最安全的開車模式，而不是週邊硬體的需求，需要的是時間及實驗來證明程式的穩定性，也難怪日系三大車商當初聯合招聘3萬名程式工程師，要來撰寫行車電腦程式。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.194.158.232

我住套房了

其實有點感嘆...
小弟我也是30歲

幾年前爸媽被朋友拉去台中一起買房
房子地點很好,房子買我的名字
因為跟爸媽朋友一起團購,所以當時買的價格還可以

現在已經過了好幾年了
房子賣不出去呀...
每個月還要繳快2萬的管理費...

看了那麼多人很開心的說自己很努力賺錢買房子
買了3千萬的房子很開心自己有成就

別人是開心的買了3千萬的房子,而我卻覺得這三千萬是個負擔..
雖然行情說有6千萬..不過賣不出去,一切都是假的

仲介偶爾就傳個簡訊說什麼今天跟誰見面,聊天
說我家開得價格太高,很難賣之類的
又說這個價格可以買哪裡哪裡更好之類的.
我媽就說啦,賣不出以後就自己住吧...
問題是,全家人都不住台中,如何自己住呀..
也不可能說為了到台中去遊玩,特地在花1,2百萬裝潢..

真的深深的感覺自己住套房了...

話說好幾年前小弟小額投資的加拿大房地產,
在上個月終於有收成了..
10年前買的時候說5年就可以賣,結果碰到2008金融海嘯,
就說賣不出去,還要等,那時還以為碰到詐騙集團,
以為這是假的投資案件,我還跟我媽商量說放棄,不要繳了
10幾萬的加幣就當作沒了,

不過我媽很不甘心,就換他繼續繳錢,沒想到
上個月終於寫信來說可以賣了,也順利賣出去套現,
10幾年的等待真難熬呀..

不知道這三千萬的房子,何時才能順利賣出套現,
每個月還要繳管理費,難熬呀...

我一出社會就因為工作的關係，必須要用到車子 所以就買隨便買了一台可以開的車子， 買了一台二手的車子一直都在外面保養 最近保養廠因為有台a33 cefiro2.0 要賣 知道這台車過去都在原廠保養 沒多想就直接買下來了，開了一個月，發現這台車 後門二個門只能用手動開關及倒車雷達故障了 處理門的問題 保養廠報價 950*2 工資 600元 原廠 550*2 工資 1000元 倒車雷達的部份好像只有原場可以處理 原來原廠沒有比較貴，還是我遇到的保養廠賺的比較大 我有回nissan保養廠看，前車主上次是2013 07月去保養的花了7萬左右 從買車十多年都在相同地方保養， 結果2013 11月 車子在家裡的停車廠不會動(保養完後好像有一小陣升沒有開) 請原廠去看，查不出原因，還直接跟他說建議考慮報廢(我聽賣我車子的保養廠老闆說的) 車主就生氣請外面的保養廠查，保養廠查了很久，才發現原來有一條線沒有接好 修好請主車來領，車主就說他不想再看到這個牌子的車子 請保養廠幫他賣了。 我去nissan時有遇到一個技師，問我這台車，後來是修什麼東西好的XD 在新竹 a33 cefiro2.0有推薦的保養地方嗎，謝謝。 目前油耗 高速加市區平均一公升可以跑 8.3公里。 還算能接受，因為我過去28個月車子大約跑8000公里 -- 總會有一個人的出現， 讓你覺得以前受的傷嚐的苦　是值得的！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.195.25.105

「2014TLPGA暨老爺公開賽」第2輪比賽，如何抵抗強風，成為選手們最需要克服的難題。

老爺公開賽第2輪，由於風勢強勁，幾乎所有選手都打出標準桿以上成績，但台灣旅日好手姚宣榆，昨天逆勢打出70（-1）桿成績，排名躍居第2。

姚宣榆第2輪開賽表現近乎完美，在其他選手受到強風嚴重考驗情況下，她開賽在第2洞，就以一記約50呎的超長推桿，順利抓鳥得手。共計前9洞她抓下4隻小鳥，而打完前15洞，她已經以低於標準桿7桿遙遙領先。

但可惜的是隨後她在16、17兩洞出現狀況，先是第16洞發生失誤，未能將球開上果嶺，第17洞又因順風風勢太強，衝出果嶺掉到水池。姚宣榆連續兩洞吞下雙柏忌，從原本領先第2名的泰國女將諾塔雅3桿，變成以1桿之差落後。

姚宣榆說：「前15洞打得很順，但後面9洞風越來越大，球打上果嶺卻停不下來。加上風大氣溫低，體能也消耗得快，打到最後幾洞很難持續保持專注。」

首輪揮出71（-1）桿的諾塔雅，昨天持續平穩發揮，前15洞抓下4隻小鳥，直到第16洞才吞下首個柏忌。另外台灣業餘小將程思嘉，昨天揮出73（+1）桿，目前暫時以3桿之差落後姚宣榆，暫居第3。
