WP用藍芽接收的aac檔存到那裡去了？

自由時報 – 婦拒摘下眼鏡踹法警
〔自由時報記者楊政郡／台中報導〕偵查庭禁止攜帶儀器側錄，51歲張姓婦人想確保自身的訴訟權益，竟戴著有蒐證功能的眼鏡，到台中地檢署偵查庭側錄開庭過程，並將偵訊內容PO網，被檢方發現鎖定後，她卻故技重施，當法警要摘下她的眼鏡，竟踹法警下體；台中地院昨依妨害秘密及妨害公務罪，判張婦10月徒刑，得易科罰金。

判決書指出，張婦自101年起，多次到台中地檢署按鈴控告保險公司等被告妨害名譽，張婦戴著有錄音、錄影功能的眼鏡出庭，將偵訊內容上傳YouTube網站，供不特定人觀賞。
台中地檢署檢察事務官在網站發現上情，102年3月間張婦又來開庭，檢察官當庭要求法警將張婦的眼鏡摘下，她不斷掙扎，咬法警手臂、打臉、還踹法警下體，該法警未提起傷害告訴，但張婦行為已觸犯妨害公務罪。
觸犯妨害公務罪
張婦辯稱，她的案子都被吃案，每次都有錄影並對外公佈；法警抓她時，她是正當防衛，法官則說，檢察官下令法警扣她的眼鏡是依法執行職務。
另張婦無故竊錄他人非公開活動及散佈罪各7罪，外加妨害公務1罪，合併判10月徒刑，得易科罰金。
地檢署偵查庭屬秘密不公開，沒旁聽席，除偵查庭本身的錄音錄影設備，禁止任何人攜帶電子儀器側錄。
法庭不得錄影、錄音
至於法院公開法庭是准許民眾旁聽，但旁聽人應保持肅靜，不得大聲交談、鼓掌、喧嘩，不得向法庭攝影、錄影、錄音，但錄音經審判長核准者，不在此限。
張婦如何確保訴訟權益？偵查庭採全程錄音錄影，有時書記官筆錄不能完全呈現告訴人或被告原意，當事人在筆錄簽名前，可重複提醒檢察官要補充或修改內容，再者事後可書面補充陳述，保障自己權益。

最近看到好多朋友在分享這首歌 點進去看MV 發現是個以ptt為主軸的動畫MV耶！ 雖然只是歌詞版 但是以現在臺灣華語音樂的歌詞版MV來說 很多都只是放張照片然後做一些文字排版的變化 這個歌詞版算是超有創意又很有誠意的了！ 而且一開始聽 覺得這個人雖然叫陳大天 名字感覺俗俗的 但是聲音其實很有質感 有點陳奕迅或是李榮浩的fu！ 完全唱出男孩被打槍的心酸啊啊啊啊 讓最近被打槍的男性朋友覺得心有戚戚焉 身高180體重正常的陽光男孩竟然還是比不過瘦弱的花草系韓風男孩啊！！！ 女孩們是不是也偏愛韓系的男生呢～ 手機排版～請見諒 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FD5yV-mFKaI&feature=youtube_gdata_player
