美屬波多黎各一名職業拳擊手遭人槍殺後，殯儀館依照家屬意願，將喪禮場地佈置得有如比賽擂台般，並將死者遺體豎立安置在「擂台」中間。

23歲的阿馬羅 (Christopher Rivera Amaro)，上周日(1月26日)於首府聖胡安桑圖爾塞遭人擊斃，警方至今仍未拘捕槍殺阿馬羅的兇手，而阿馬羅的家人昨天(1月31日)為死者舉行喪禮，家人希望永遠懷念阿馬羅在擂台上的英姿，要求殯儀館把喪禮場地佈置成比賽擂台般。而阿馬羅的遺體面帶微笑，垂直安放在搭建的「擂台」中間，屍身穿上連帽外套、戴上太陽眼鏡和拳套，並將雙手微微舉起，看似準備比賽的樣子，而親友也紛紛與阿馬羅作最後合照。

殯儀館表示，花上幾小時才搭建假的擂台，其實該殯儀館並非首次舉辦另類的喪禮，早前將一副遺體打扮成「鐵騎士」安放在機車上。（於慶中／綜合外電報導）

大年初二桃園平鎮1家網咖上午10時許發生1起青少年鬥毆濺血案件，造成5名青少年受傷送醫，兩群不認識的青少年在這家網咖徹夜上網打電動後，又在買酒坐在路旁喝酒聊天，但兩派人馬認為對方說話聲音太大，出言幹譙後就拿起酒瓶互毆，路過民眾見到後報警，現場鬥毆一群人一哄而散，警消趕到時，已有人被酒瓶砸中頭部血流不止，有人則被毆坐在地上站不起身，現場急救後共有5人送醫，警方表示雙方互不提告。路過民眾抱怨大過年的，治安還那麼差，實在有夠掃興！（黎百代／桃園報導）

張德正涉嫌開貨車衝撞總統府，遭檢方聲請羈押，卻造成台北地院法院5度駁回聲押、台北地檢署5度抗告的大混戰，遭外界批評浪費司法資源。高等法院今(3)日則駁回檢方的抗告，確定張德正不需羈押。

張德正昨晚在台北地院5度召開羈押庭，地院維持原判決，要求30萬交保，並限制張德正住居，以及限制出海出境，但台北地檢署則當庭再度提出抗告。

國外有一群藝術創作者，近日製作一支音樂MV，影片乍看下都是雜訊畫面，但藝術家們號稱可以看到東西。
