交通部規定550CC以上重型機車才可上快速道路，原本的黃牌車只能走平面道路，對於之前買了500CC重機想走市民大道的人來說，實在很OOXX，而且550CC對於重型速克達來說是一個很尷尬的分水嶺，大部份進口或國產的大型速克達只有做到500CC，在往上只能選擇burgerman或較冷門的廠牌，而且最重要的是國產車的售價和進口車差距甚大，對於我們這種預算有限卻想利用高架道路通勤節省時間的人來說，真是太殘忍了！請問有哪一位大大可以替我想想看解套的方式?

如題 想請問各位大大 今天突然無聊用Defraggler看一下檔案清單 才發現有這個文件 而且佔量3G多 Reserve.tmp 在WinSxS裡面 但我在這裡面怎麼搜尋都搜不到 有打開顯示隱藏檔案還是沒看到 用Defraggler直接按開啟檔案目錄 也只有出現WinSxS資料夾 並沒看到這個檔 但他又確實存在 google只看到這個好像次某次更新之後留下的垃圾 想請問這個3G容量的文件要怎麼解決? SSD容量已很少 不想再減少3G的容量 T_T 謝謝! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.37.109.238

業者：受農曆新年影響 預計3月恢復正常

台灣證券交易所的統計資料，1月全體證券商獲利為盈餘13億2724萬元，較去年12月減少38.60%，其中，綜合證券商盈餘12億4488萬9千元，專業證券經紀商盈餘8233萬2千元，期貨兼營證券商盈餘1萬9千元。分析1月全體證券商盈餘較前一個月減少原因，主要是1月底加權股價指數較前一個月下跌1.73%，使得自營部門的出售證券利益較前一個月減少18.4億元。

經台灣證交所統計1月全體證券商的盈虧家數，計52家盈餘，29家虧損，其中，綜合證券商33家盈餘，13家虧損；專業證券經紀商18家盈餘，16家虧損；期貨兼營證券商1家盈餘。

綜合券商因尚有自營部門及多元化業務資源，1月份獲利合計為12.4億元，月減41.67%，相對欠缺資源的專業證券經紀商在1月份合計獲利僅8233萬元，月減202.95%，唯一的期貨兼券商獲利僅1萬9千元，月減65.45%。1月份全體券商EPS為0.044元，較去年1月份的0.078元衰退43.59%；綜合券商為0.043元，年減44.87%；專業經紀商為0.070元，較去年同期減少9.09%。

群益金鼎證券王濬智表示，1、2月的股市受到農曆年假影響，交易天數減少，對股市交易金額會有所影響，三月份開始可恢復正常，看好二月份自營商操作績效。1月份農曆年前的封關指數指數為8462.57點，較去年12月底的8611.51點下跌1.73%，對券商自營部門操作有負面影響。

牙醫墜樓亡 妻獲賠160萬確定

一名住在新北市的牙醫師五年前從住家頂樓墜樓，死者家屬認為，牙醫平時有到頂樓抽煙思考的習慣，很可能不慎墜樓，但保險公司卻以自殺為由，拒絕理賠，雙方鬧上法院。最高法院審理後，判決保險公司敗訴，要理賠死者家屬一百六十萬元確定。

判決書指出，民國98年10月26號凌晨，38歲的曹姓牙醫在新北市鶯歌區的住家頂樓墜樓死亡。曹姓牙醫的妻子不滿保險公司以疑似自殺為由拒絕理賠，所以提告求償。牙醫的妻子主張，丈夫生前任職牙醫診所，有優渥收入，經濟狀況良好，而且家庭和諧，墜樓前還陪兒子講故事、安撫女兒，也沒有留下有遺書，沒有尋短異象。

由於高院審理期間，曾多次勘驗案發現場，發現曹姓牙醫身高185公分，女兒牆只有112公分高，曹姓牙醫可能不慎因精神不濟、誤判陽台邊緣高度等原因墜樓，而且保險公司的舉證都無法排除「意外傷害事故」，牙醫墜樓可能性存有多種可能，所以認定事故應屬意外，判決保險公司應給付死者家屬160萬元保險金。保險公司不服上訴三審，全案經最高法院駁回上訴定讞。
