美律入選臺灣中型100指數 Q1營收估季減25%

據台灣證券交易所與富時國際合編台灣指數系列公布季度審核結果，美律（2439）納入了台灣中型100指數，這也是美律首度被納入中型100指數的成份股；美律表示，在去年第四季營運高基期下，今年第一季難免營運轉為淡季，但今年仍會朝營運成長來努力。法人則說，因短期內淡季效應，預估美律本季營收季減25%~30%，是正常的淡季下滑幅度。

美律去年全年營收在112億元。法人表示，美律去（2013）年第四季單季營收37.14億元、創下歷史新高，所以今年第一季營收若預估季減25%~30%，則約在26~27.8億元，初估美律的3月可望回升至9.7~11.5億元水準。

產能規劃上，美律近月指出將版面新廠泰國廠。美律說，泰國蓋的是全新廠房，所以並不影響到大陸華南、華東廠的產能與營收；預計美律泰國廠2014年年底才會完成，因此，2015年美律泰國廠才開始貢獻營收；該工廠主要是作免持聽筒（handsfree）、頭戴式耳機（Entertainment）。

之所以設立泰國新廠，據悉，主要是大陸工資逐年調漲，美律為了成本競爭力，所以增設了泰國新廠，同時，泰國設廠的相關開辦與維運的費用亦相對較低，所以才決定分散在不同國家作生產。

另外，美律決定在3月24日午後公布其股利政策，以及2013年的全年財報。同時，美律也說，今年仍專注的本業與生產上，上半年之內暫時沒有併購同業的計畫與想法。

就台灣自己的微型電聲產業上，位於台中工業區的美律實業其實並沒有獨大；台灣中部的美律，以及北部的未上市廠富祐鴻科技，是目前國內在微型電聲元件的兩大廠，嚴格來看，兩家定位在競爭的關係，彼此共同分食北美科技客戶的電聲元件訂單；雙方競爭力上的差異，分別為美律過去跟國際通訊廠的往來密切，至於富祐鴻則在NB產業上的關係良好。惟NB與PC產業行動化之後，富祐鴻在平板與消費性電子客戶上的成長潛力，並不亞於美律實業，是未來要觀察的產業競爭環境。

印度軟體大廠Infosys共同創辦人尼勒卡尼（Nandan Nilekani）宣布將代表執政的國大黨角逐國會議員選舉，為支持度下滑、已掌舵十年的國大黨注入強心針。

58歲的尼勒卡尼1981年共同創辦外包資訊軟體大廠Infosys ，在印度亟欲與全球經濟接軌之際，成為印度現代企業的代言人。他目前擔任印度唯一身份識別管理局（UIDAI）主席。

尼勒卡尼9日正式加入國大黨，在擂鼓與煙火慶祝聲中，獲得班加羅爾南區議員候選人提名。他說：「我雀躍不已，有自信能贏得選舉。」

尼勒卡尼說，我認為政治需要改革，需要新血、形象清新的人才，需要解決問題經驗豐富的人才，與在地的本土人才。他將與蟬連五屆的現任反對黨人民黨議員庫馬爾（Ananth Kumar）正面交鋒。

李朝卿盼復職 支持者北上聲援

（中央社記者林恆立南投縣10日電）因貪污案起訴交保後仍被停職的南投縣長李朝卿，今天帶著5萬人的連署陳情書，率眾北上內政部申請復職，表達地方心聲。

李朝卿行前受訪時無奈表示，依地方制度法他本來就不應被停職，有權復職，過去的案例也都可復職，唯獨他承受不能復職的待遇，「我是民選縣長，與縣民有約」，這對南投縣不公平。

聲援李朝卿復職的支持者總共約有500多人，分別在南投、草屯、埔里、竹山等鄉鎮市集結後，於上午8時前後搭乘10餘輛遊覽車出發，李朝卿則預定在11時左右搭高鐵北上會合。

發起這項聲援行動的一名縣議員指出，遊覽車抵達台北後將先在中正紀念堂集結，下午2時30分陪同李朝卿前往內政部，遞交復職申請書及5萬人的連署陳情書，展現民意。

支持者表示，依地方制度法，一審判決有罪才被停職，前南投縣長彭百顯、雲林縣長蘇治芬被起訴交保後均獲復職，唯獨李朝卿持續停職至今，不公平也不公道。

李朝卿因涉嫌收取工程回扣，遭檢方以貪污罪起訴。他在去年3月底交保後向內政部申請復職，但遭內政部依「公務員懲戒法」移交監察院調查，並繼續予以停職，監察院則在去年9月通過彈劾李朝卿，並移送公懲會。1030310

想換空機撐到明年1 月

由於我現在在用的這支手機SONY ARC S太爛了(常接不到電話連未接來電都沒顯示 玩遊戲跑不順且常跳出桌面)所以想找一支價格6000以下或差不多價錢的空機 至少能撐到明年1月合約到期 二手機有點怕會出問題不考慮 手機的廠商SONY還是很喜歡但只要不是韓國貨或太不知名的品牌都OK 遊戲部分全民打棒球或魔物學園跑得還算順暢的就可以了 希望了解手機的大大能給點建議 謝謝~

如標題所示 本篇不談外型或美觀與否,因為那是個人主觀問題,不評論 我們談談內在吧 HTC Sense的發展到現在一直深入人心的 不外乎都是人性化的統合性設計,華麗的外觀與特效,以及用工程師的肝換來的流暢感 只是..到了Sense5好像變了樣 (￣▽￣＃)﹏﹏ [因本人持有NewOne,所以就直接講Sense5這個系列了,也歡迎大家補充] Sense5的優點: 1.BlinkFeed : 省去找新聞類APP的時間,而且這Widget是可表面上操作的 加上Sense5.5後可選擇關閉,沒有給人強制性的感覺 2.流暢度明顯升級: 這我覺得不管從以前哪個Sense版本上來都會很有感的地方 雖然這好像是拔掉UI的翻頁特效+輕量UI+HTC PnPmgr的成果... 3.請補充...(我好像想不到了)(默) Sense5的缺點: 1.HomePage無法循環 : 相比以往,這點是讓我滿意外的... 2.小工具選擇 : 相比以往,它直接拔掉分類,所以選擇時只能一直滑一直滑.. 3.電話的智慧頁面 : 相比以往,更不方便了... 4.鎖定螢幕的捷徑 : 依舊無法選擇自己想要的,還是跟主畫面的捷徑綁一起 且升級Sense5.5後,只剩下一個樣式可用 *5.程式集的滑動方向 : 直向滑動有個麻煩處,就是不能循環XD 而且跟HomePage的方向不一致..不習慣就會有錯亂問題 *6.指示器沒功能 : 這點我覺得是可惜,如果可像三星一樣按著快速換頁,會很讚! *7.下拉選單 : 採用原生設計,但我覺得不直覺... *8.ICON的變化太大 : 說實在我比較喜歡以前那種,只是這看個人啦XD *9.鎖定螢幕的桌布 : 強制跟主畫面同步,不能自訂(不確定是否為升級後強制的) (註:"*"記號為見仁見智的部分,有些人會跟我有同感,有些人不會XD) 不過我覺得我好像會被酸..QQ 壞話說太多了 XD 拜託手下留情啊~ ╮(﹋﹏﹌)╭ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.39.160.135

想請問一下預算約2萬內(稍微爆預算可以)選購品牌電腦 網路上看了一下，選了這兩台比較。我比較偏愛ACER TC-605 因為他8G記憶體，CPU網路上查BOSS比較效能影響也不大。 不知道是不是可選?還是有更好的建議?
