消費性IC廠凌通2月合併營收新台幣1.17億元，創上市來新低紀錄。

受淡季效應及工作天數減少影響，凌通2月業績持續滑落，達1.17億元，月減2.2%，並創上市來新低紀錄。

法人預期，隨著營運恢復正常，加上消費性IC市場需求逐步回溫，凌通3月業績可望止跌回升。

凌通整體第1季業績恐將較去年第4季滑落，將創近2年新低，表現將符合傳統淡季水準。

凌通看好今年空調遙控器、觸控家電及多媒體產品出貨可望成長，將是帶動今年業績成長的主要動力。

台灣投手李振昌與王維中今天在熱身賽同場對決，效力釀酒人的王維中投2局，被敲3安打，失1分，但不是自責分，熱身賽防禦率仍維持在0。李振昌中繼1局未被敲出安打，無失分，還投出2次三振。印地安人以4比2力克釀酒人，李振昌拿下熱身賽第2場中繼點。
 
這場比賽在第5局形成台將對決，印地安人3比0領先，由李振昌接替先發4局無失分的湯姆林(Josh Tomlin)，俐落的讓釀酒人打者三上三下。這是李振昌熱身賽第4場登板，投4局只被敲2安打，6次三振，3次四壞，失2分，防禦率4.5。
 
王維中在5局下登板，雖然連被敲2安打，陷入無人出局，一、二壘有人危機，但他先製造雙殺打，再以飛球形成第3出局，力守不失分。6局下，王維中再被首名打者敲出安打，並在2出局盜上二壘，隨後隊友發生失誤，讓印地安人攻下第4分。這是王維中熱身賽第3場出賽，也是首次失分，目前投5局被敲4安打，仍未投出四壞，4次三振。(王覺一／綜合報導)

烏克蘭今天表示，儘管國家依舊陷於劇變動亂，烏克蘭仍可望於本月稍後簽署重要的歐洲聯盟協議，以與歐盟進一步整合。

烏克蘭外交部長戴希基提亞（Andriy Deshchytsya）在烏國1+1電視台訪問，作此表示。他說：「與歐盟的政治聯合可能會在本月17日或20日簽訂。」

基輔新政府此前即已說過，計畫在5月25日總統大選前與歐盟簽訂政治部份的聯合協定。

烏克蘭外長透露的簽約日期，適值歐盟各國外長定3月17日召開會議，以及歐盟領袖定本月20到21日召開高峰會議。

高凌風音樂會前晚圓滿落幕，盈餘1080萬元，原本治喪委員會表示演唱會盈餘與告別式奠儀將分給金友莊3小孩，高姊姊葛元慧日前卻表示希望音樂會收入均分給6個小孩。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，金友莊爸爸昨天批：「她跟趙淑珍一樣別有用心，她連女兒都丟給高凌風照顧，憑什麼出來講錢的事？」葛元慧則回應：「我是受林玉招和小孩之託，希望能跟金家心平氣和一起商量處理。」金友莊昨回應：「交給律師處理，我沒立場評論。」傍晚卻又在臉書寫下：「真的是再爛的人，死了大家也只能說說好話了。」看來雙方仍未達成共識。（方翊倩／綜合報導）

螺絲製程所需的酸洗、電鍍出現關廠潮，面臨產業鏈斷裂，已減少25%產能，金額直逼300 億元，每公噸螺絲環保成本增加100美元，直接衝擊外銷競爭力，情勢相當嚴峻。 中鋼、晉禾與螺絲公會快馬加鞭尋求解決方案，初步擬定新建廢液廠、跨區處理、調節現 有產線應急、晉禾擴增合法產線等四大方案，全力縫合螺絲產業鏈缺口。 主力線材廠官田鋼總經理潘希賢說，廢酸處理費從每公噸2,000元揚升到4,000元以上，對 微利的加工業壓力沈重，現況是非法酸洗與電鍍廠歇業，合法的不敢多接，形成大塞單、 缺貨。 多家螺絲廠負責人表示，交貨無法如期，為免違約不得不改空運交貨，比海運的成本再大 增十倍以上，初估每公噸螺絲環保成本暴增100美元以上，「這還是看得到的保守預估， 看不到的成本更高」。 負責專案協助螺絲業環保問題的中鋼副處長黃東裕指出，近日統計因酸洗與電鍍缺口影響 的螺絲產值約在20%至25%，螺絲廠接單更謹慎，「影響滿大的」。 螺絲大廠主管說，台灣螺絲年產值約40億美元（約新台幣1,200億元），其中近95%外銷， 25%的產能受挫，金額達300億元。許多大廠生產線完備未受波及，實際金額或許略為縮小 ，但已是產業大地震了。 圖／經濟日報提供 / http://udn.com/NEWS/FINANCE/FIN1/8536828.shtml -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 60.249.78.65
