台灣高鐵董事長歐晉德爆遭逼退後，揭交通部和高鐵纏鬥序幕。中華航空事業發展基金會今將召開董事會，處理歐晉德的請辭案，並選出航發會派到高鐵的新任法人代表，據指出，下一步擬將高鐵「收回國有」。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，據指出，高鐵目前累計虧損達500多億元，加上特別股股東要求贖回股票股息及營運安全議題影響績效；財務問題未解，最快明年底就可能因現金流不足爆發財務危機。交通部長葉匡時前天及昨天兩度受訪表示，政府有意要完全掌控高鐵，將高鐵「收回國有」要看用什麼形式，但不會直接買回，交通部已規劃讓公股比率高於五大原始股東。

交通部表示，改善高鐵財務須延長高鐵特許期，但延長特許期的利益不能全歸民股，所以要讓公股和泛公股的股份壓過五大原始股東，政府實質掌握高鐵，才有立場來協助延長高鐵特許期，將來並透過全民釋股，將利益由全民分享。（方翊倩／綜合報導）

中央氣象局指出，今天(10日)持續受大陸冷氣團影響，加上華南雲雨區東移，水氣偏多，除了各地雲量多之外，在北部及東半部還是斷斷續續會有下雨的情形出現，中部山區也會有些短暫雨，雖然會有雨停的空檔，但還是建議大家出門時攜帶雨具備用。

在溫度的部分，今天清晨觀測到的最低溫，中部以北及宜蘭約13、14度，淡水只有10.1度，南部地區及花蓮、台東大約在15到17度左右，入夜到清晨這段時間還是要注意保暖。

預測白天的高溫會比昨天回升一些，北部及宜蘭、花蓮高溫約16到18度，還是比較涼，而中南部及台東約21、22度，感覺上比較舒適，南北氣溫差異頗大。

此外，由於東北風影響，台灣附近海面風浪大，沿海空曠地區及外島易有較強陣風出現，到海邊或是從事海上活動注意安全。

馬航失聯班機上，兩名乘客持遭竊護照搭機，這兩本遭竊護照的資料早已登錄在國際刑警組織資料庫當中。資料庫目前總共登錄了4000多萬筆失竊旅遊證件的資料，移民署副署長黃榮村說，因台灣並非國際刑警組織成員國，相關資料台灣無法掌握。

立委葉宜津質疑，馬航事件凸顯出遺失護照遭冒用搭機，成了全球飛安漏洞的嚴重問題，但台灣竟然對於全球失竊護照，沒法掌握。她要求檢討，加強移民署出入境管理及航警局安全檢查作業，補齊這個漏洞。

黃榮村說，外國人士在台灣丟失護照，會登錄留下紀錄。台灣人護照在國外丟失，也可透過報案登錄後註銷護照，但是外國人在外國丟掉護照，台灣確實毫無辦法得知。

馬來西亞航空執行長阿末佐哈里效力馬航不到三年時間，他上任以來肩負馬航重返獲利重責大任，但如今馬航正急著尋找失蹤客機下落，意味阿末佐哈里的任務將更加艱難。

根據彭博報導，59歲的馬來西亞航空（MalaysianAirline System Bhd.）新掌門阿末佐哈里（AhmadJauhari Yahya）自2011年加盟國營航空公司馬航以來，面對亞洲航空公司（AirAsia Bhd.）等廉價航空業者崛起，眼睜睜的看著股價重摔63%。

馬航過去三年來合計賠錢41.3億馬幣（13億美元）。

馬航一架搭載239人由吉隆坡飛往北京的班次370客機8日稍早離奇失聯，救援人員已全力搜尋失蹤客機。

這是馬航短短6個月來第2起空難事件。去年10月馬航子公司馬航飛翼（MASwings）的一架Twin OtterDHC6飛機在馬來西亞婆羅洲沙巴（Sabah）墜毀，導致2人死亡。根據總部位在荷蘭、統計飛航安全的航空安全網路（AviationSafetyNetworok）指出，這是大馬2009年8月來第一宗致命空難事件。

標準普爾（Standard & Poor's）駐新加坡分析師尤索夫（Shukor Yusof）表示：「類似空難事情發生時，鐵定會重創航空公司聲譽，同時也為航空公司的管理層與股東蒙上陰影。」

廉價航空崛起，迅速拓展機隊，壓縮馬航備受歡迎航線的利潤。阿末佐哈里還必需與部分政客週旋，這些政客要求大馬政府拋售馬航持股。馬航去年賠錢11.7億馬幣。
