高凌風紀念演唱會盈餘約千萬，治喪委員會原計畫將盈餘與奠儀均分給金友莊3子，但如今遺產分配再爆變數。高凌風姊姊葛元慧認為遺產應全數均分給高六名小孩，一番話惹來金友莊爸爸不滿，怒批葛元慧別有用心，懷疑她想趁機分杯羹。

高凌風上月因病辭世，隨後冒出4份遺囑，緊接著金父與趙淑珍上演爭產大戰，最後金父壓倒性勝利。日前葛元慧表示外界忽略高與兩任前妻生育的三名小孩，認為遺產與演唱會盈餘應該均分成六份，她說：「我的出發點是弟弟對孩子們的愛，身為姑姑也希望公平對待他們。」

金父得知先嗆葛元慧管太寬，怒道：「她到底算是幾等親？趙淑珍更不用說，就是個傭人。」他表示遺囑在律師手上，反問：「她們說了就算數嗎？」懷疑兩人想從中獲得好處。葛元慧則表示無意爭產，只想與金家和平討論處理，傻眼說：「金爸可能有誤解。」

她提到大家都是一家人，自己僅是以姊姊身分回來處理弟弟後事，「遺產就是依照法律，我願意配合大家，有問題都可以再討論。」金友莊表示一切交給律師處理，沒有立場評論，但又在臉書發文：「真的是再爛的人，死了大家也只能說說好話了。」看來遺產大戰短時間內不會落幕。
