時序雖已入春，但北半球仍傳出低溫釀災。美國東岸地區昨天(16日)起颳起新一波暴風雪，華盛頓地區已經積雪達6.6吋(約16.5公分)深，導致美國聯邦政府在當地時間周一(17日)宣布暫停辦公。

目前傳出紐澤西州有部分地區停電，航空交通再度陷入混亂，已有超過5千航班遭到取消或延誤。氣象預報單位警報，西維吉尼亞州到紐澤西州一帶，降雪將逾10吋(約25.4公分)，應嚴防災害。（於慶中／綜合外電報導）

記者李鴻典／台北報導

新北市政府衛生局接獲民眾投訴，知名餐廳「法樂琪餐廳」向民眾宣稱該餐廳之湯品是使用天然食材熬煮，實際使用湯粉調製。

新北衛生局於今（17）日派員前往位於板橋大遠百「法樂琪餐廳」進行稽查。該餐廳共有6種湯品，據業者表示，是由總公司進行湯品配送，再由分店復熱。

根據衛生局現場查核菜單及海報並未宣稱「純天然食材熬煮」，且就菜單內容進行比對，尚無違反食品安全衛生管理法之事證，為確認各湯品之來源是否符合規定，將移請該總公司所在之台北市政府衛生局進一步查察。

衛生局表示，適量使用食品添加物作為調味料，無須恐慌。另外也呼籲餐飲業者，公開自己的食材並非公開自家的商業機密，而是讓民眾更能安心使用，也能達到自我管理的效果。
