竹科名媛選立委罵警察 被判拘役五十天

竹科名媛王瑄，被控去年元月參選立委期間，雇用楊姓男子駕駛宣傳車沿街廣播，被警方制止，王瑄到場時情緒激動，痛罵科管局的警員都是走狗，被依妨害公務罪函送。全案新竹地院審理終結，王瑄被法官判處拘役五十天，可易科罰金五萬元。(彭清仁報導)

竹科名媛王瑄去年初參選新竹市立委選舉，雇請楊姓男子開著宣傳車在竹科一帶廣播，保二竹園分隊林姓警員發現後，出面制止楊姓男子廣播，而楊姓男子也立即連絡王瑄到場。不過王瑄到場之後，則是情緒激動的，認為警方打壓選情，也當場痛罵科管局警員都是走狗，警方也依妨害公務罪嫌將王瑄函送偵辦。

全案法院在審理時，被告王瑄在庭訊時不否認有說過「科管局的警察都是走狗」等話，但否認有侮辱公務員犯行，被告辯稱，當時在競選活動期間，合法進行宣傳活動，是警察有錯在先，濫用公權力打壓，侵犯她的基本人權。不過執勤警員將衝突過程全程錄音存證。法官認為，王瑄辱罵警員的話，已具有針對性、不雅、輕衊等，影響警察人員的人格與社會地位。法官指出，被告未尊重依法執行公權力的公務員，恣意侮辱警員，心態、手段可議，犯後始終飾詞否認犯行，未見悔意，因而判處被告拘役五十天，得易科罰金五萬元。但王瑄則指出，尚未收到判決書，等收到判決書後，會和律師研究，考慮上訴幫自己討公道。

素還真俏皮送飛吻 想把小S

中天娛樂台播出霹靂經典好戲《霹靂震寰宇之刀龍傳說》，霹靂多媒體請出旗下精神領袖「素還真」率領葉小釵、一頁書等招牌人物替中天《大學生了沒》、《康熙來了》等節目拍宣傳廣告。給戲迷「不苟言笑」印象的素還真「突破尺度」，以俏皮口吻隔空喊話：「小Ｓ，素還真想要跟妳做朋友喔！」還作勢送小Ｓ飛吻，逗趣模樣笑壞觀眾。

日前陳漢典在《康熙》大玩Cosplay，扮的角色正是《刀龍傳說》中五龍之一「漠刀絕塵」，為展現這角色孤獨中帶有英拔帥氣，陳漢典的眼神還刻意「很殺」，但搞怪肢體動作反讓小Ｓ與蔡康永頻笑場！

陳漢典說這角色梳化極度費時，造型師邊拿「漠刀絕塵」劇照，邊幫他裝上紅白色挑染長髮，戲服也是根據他的身材量身打造，穿起來還真有「漠刀絕塵」上身感覺！他曾模仿數十個角色，直呼Cosplay霹靂布袋戲難度最高，但十分有趣！

我從去年的八月做到今年的六月，老闆都一直沒有幫我保勞健保

我只要在工作受傷，一切花費都是花我自己，一點元工的福利都沒有

雖然我是做臨時工的，我想問的是：臨時工本來就沒有幫人保勞健保的嗎？

還是這是老闆的不對，那麼我該怎麼舉發他呢？

官司問題？憲哥不准進澳門

「綜藝天王」吳宗憲上周傳遭澳門限制入境，原定赴澳門作秀計畫泡湯，改由NONO、從從與張克帆頂替。

多年前，吳宗憲曾傳因欠稅遭限制出境，日前又因個人官司遭澳門限制入境，昨他在三立「綜藝大熱門」大嘆：「我一生沒做過不OK的事，這次全是公司的問題。」吳官司纏身，他盼這個月能盡快解決，「這是一場沒有勝利的仗。」

吳宗憲與上海經紀人程新惠頻傳緋聞，年初曾傳程向友人爆料吳已離婚，但遭程否認；日前，媒體又披露吳與程過從甚密，讓「正牌憲嫂」張葳葳疑似想不開服藥過量，外界好奇吳與結髮23年的老婆是否仍為夫妻，錄影結束會回家與老婆住嗎？吳說：「這是個人隱私，我不知道怎麼回答。」配偶欄仍是張葳葳嗎？吳未正面回應，他兩手一攤做出皺眉表情。

「綜藝大熱門」昨首播，原先開出收視破3.5辦流水席的吳不再信誓旦旦，也為自己留後路，「節目是在都會台播，不是在基本收視群眾多的台灣台，對收視有點小擔心」，他還誇口：「若主持台灣台會更有信心，我講台語比豬哥亮、澎哥更道地。」

前天已有板友遭到正義的砲擊
不過已跟車行師傅詢問

皮帶保護蓋應指阿嚕米那塊（前面那板友好像沒拆那片吧）
阿嚕米外這塑膠塊功用是保護阿嚕米
小海棉那塊其實可有可無
不影響騎乘，也不會有噪音*註1

由於偉哉人民保母說那塊就是皮帶傳動箱外蓋（見圖）
且會有噪音！？
對此真的是讓人匪夷所思

補充一下：
我跟前篇陽明山那板友同天被開
我個人是覺得有些疑惑
1.真的要認真取締是否山下就可以抓，到竹子湖才攔，不免有作秀衝業績之聯想
2.真要取締，是否該連同其他違規事項
魚眼有變造車體或是排氣管造音問題
3.如果警察對於違規項目不清楚就依照自身認定開單，是否擾民？

註1：改空濾才會有造音吧
