小弟最近錄取了台塑石化 部門是煉油部門 工作地點是麥寮 想請問各位大大 這個部門的工作性質和環境如何呢 謝謝大家~ 之前有爬過台塑的相關文 對於麥寮那邊的環境還是有些擔心 但因為都有聽說新人進去要輪三個月的班 所以為了方便起見可能還是暫時住宿舍？ 我個人是比較想要通勤 可能住彰化或虎尾 生活機能較好 也可以避開有隱憂的環境 坐交通車上下班 但是如果進去就輪三個月的班 可能就坐不到交通車了 先謝謝大家的解答跟建議了~~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.43.177.23

上星期五去一間文具、飾品的貿易公司面試， 面試我的是老闆(女，有點年紀的感覺)， 面試過程比較沒有考到我什麼， 只有問我英文書信是否OK， 接下來也都沒有介紹公司的福利制度， 反而問我之前公司的福利制度是如何(還抄下來)， 網站上他們是寫周休二日，依行政院人事行政所公佈的休假日休假， 一年三節均有禮金， 剛剛E-mail寄信來說我被錄取了， 請問我現在打去問他們是否有年終及年假怎麼計算會不會很怪? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 219.85.198.15
