《戰封神》暑假系列活動首波「篝火晚會」、「幸運大轉盤」熱浪來襲

暑假已經到來，《戰 封神》為了迎接放假的玩家們，將陸續推出暑假系列活動。暑假活動將會持續推出，直到 8 月 31 日。參與暑假系列活動將可以累積暑假活動積分，以換取積分大獎。今日第一波「仲夏夜篝火晚會」、「幸運大轉盤」已經展開活動，邀請玩家來《戰 封神》，暑假一起 Fun 輕鬆。 仲夏夜篝火晚會
相傳在遠古時代，人們學會了鑽木取火之後，發現火不僅可以烤熟食物，還可以驅嚇野獸，保護自己的生命安全，於是，對火產生了最初的崇敬之情。後來，人們外出打獵滿載而歸，互相慶祝獲得了豐厚的戰利品，傍晚，在用火烤熟食物的過程中，便互相拉手圍著火堆跳舞以表達自己喜悅愉快的心情，這種歡慶的形式一直延續到今天。
篝火晚會
7 月 4 日到 7 月 14 日之間，每天晚上 19：00 至 19：20，只要等級到達 21 級以上，就可以參加活動，活動開啟時系統會自動發佈活動公告提醒大家，前往西岐城（549,172）位置，點擊篝火參加晚會。 活動開始後只要玩家在篝火旁，點擊篝火即可持續獲得經驗獎勵。參加活動時不能進行其他操作，再度點擊篝火即可退出活動，可不限次數自由參加。活動期間，每隔一段時間篝火附近都會隨機刷出寶箱，只有參加篝火晚會的玩家才能夠打開。 幸運大轉盤
相不知何時西岐城出現了一位謎之少女，她播灑幸運的果實，邀您轉動幸運的輪盤，在這個炎熱的盛夏她願與您結伴而行！ 7 月 4 日至 7 月 31 日的期間，等級 31 級以上的玩家，在線每 60 分鐘，就可以在暑假活動介面領取一個幸運果，攜帶幸運果前往西岐城（348,241）位置找活動 NPC「暑假活動大使」，轉動幸運轉盤來獲取獎勵。

轉動幸運轉盤可獲得物品獎勵，物品獎勵內容包括：暑假活動積分、金元寶、飛行法器、心法秘錄、相生石、煉妖石、祭祀香火等。

前陣子去日本出差開會不過才一個多禮拜 那邊的天氣真的很乾~~脫皮好像是不用錢一樣瘋狂脫!! 自己帶去的保養品完全不給力QQ 受不了就在當地買了保濕精華和乳液 當下擦覺得很保濕很舒緩 可是現在回國繼續後之後發現擦起來超黏的.....(在日本不會阿~~~) 結果就大過敏.還狂冒痘子 臉整個長了好多顆紅紅腫腫的小突起. 不知道是太滋潤還是皮膚突然受不了改變 去看了醫生 改用寵愛的保濕 原本想用大家很推的熊果素 可是想說皮膚都爛成這樣了還是先用保濕的照顧一下好了 買了也是爬文之後覺得不錯的三分子玻尿酸還原精華霜 這罐的質地亂有彈性的! 香味有一點花香 但我還是很怕有香味會過敏 擦一點點之後發現沒事~就卯起來用!!!! 簡化成化妝水拍完就厚敷一點精華霜 發現有變清爽很多!!單擦保濕度我也覺得還不錯 日本買的那兩罐確定要冰櫃了 囧 皮膚現在有越來越好 原本臉過敏冒出來的小突起我早上上妝前薄薄擦一層還原霜之後 當天晚上約傍晚過敏就沒了 痘子那些有的沒的也沒再繼續亂長 只能說國家天氣不同保養品也不能混搭用.. 敏感肌真的太難搞了(攤) -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.80.52.37

台南籌編明年文化首都預算 文化局未佔優勢 〔記者洪瑞琴／台南報導〕新版公債法通過，市府明年度預算增加，能不能實踐 「台灣 文化首都」的承諾，文化預算達五％，以及目前七、八百億預算規模能拉大多少？備受關 注。市府各局處展開籌編作業，慎思規劃「爭錢」大作戰。 各局處可編文化相關預算 秘書長陳美伶表示，「文化預算不等於文化局預算」，相關局處提升城市文化內涵的建設 ，應都是文化預算一環。 陳美伶強調，公債法是給地方財政調度空間，並非「向銀行借錢過奢侈生活」，近三年南 市的預算規模約七到八百億元之間，明年度預算規模不會一下子暴增，若增加二百億元等 於要多二百億元債務，目前尚待財政單位統整明年度能有多少歲入，以利各局處籌編，明 年度預算規模才能確切評估，預定籌編作業八月完成初案。 南市以「文化立市」，縣市合併計畫書即明列文化預算五％，但囿於目前並無實質升格預 算，文化預算不足，今年度文化局預算僅佔總預算一．五％，相差甚遠，經常引起民代關 切。 文化局長葉澤山表示，歷史街區振興、老屋再造以及市立美術館等延續性重大建設，都是 明年度籌編重點，這些願景完成，文化預算自然逐步往上提升。 工務局長吳宗榮坦言，道路、公園、橋樑是三大基本建設，「要做的實在講不完」，其中 不乏都計道路「劃了三十多年，到現在還是沒錢開」，都將列入籌編重點。 治水是市府施政重點，水利局長李孟諺表示，四大治水區基本建設於去年與今年度約十二 億元已到位，明年度各區續編六千萬元之外，希望永康六甲頂、三爺溪抽水站、華宗橋等 較大個案治水計畫有財源編進。 至於公債法新版實施後，南市初估舉債額度增加四百六十八億元，陳美伶強調，必須逐年 分量管控，舉債雖可挹注重大公共建設，但亦以自償性借貸為原則，有多少實力發揮多少 效益很重要。 http://www.libertytimes.com.tw/2013/new/jul/4/today-south12.htm -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.39.42.104 This entry passed through the Full-Text RSS service — if this is your content and you're reading it on someone else's site, please read the FAQ at fivefilters.org/content-only/faq.php#publishers.
