虛驚一場 台高鐵左營站垃圾疑為爆裂物

【大紀元2014年06月20日訊】（大紀元記者藍悅真台灣台北報導）被預言這兩天會出事的高鐵站20日在左營站發現疑似爆裂物的鐵製餅乾盒，凌晨1時3分後解除，之後發現只是垃圾，另外，新修正的《鐵路法》針對有關危險品定義清楚，油漆、漂白水等具有助燃性物品，禁止帶上大眾運輸工具。

高鐵表示，20日凌晨0時整，有民眾通報4樓停車場消防栓旁有個鐵盒疑似爆裂物，鐵路警察拉起封鎖線建立警戒區，車站人員立即緊急疏散到站旅客，將車站淨空，防爆小組約0時36分到現場進行排除，鑑定後發現鐵盒內裝的是紙盒礦泉水等垃圾。

高鐵局表示，原本《鐵路法》規範危險品，都是由台灣鐵路管理局及台灣高鐵公司各自規定，2013(102)年4月發生高鐵車上被放置爆裂物，參考航空、客運的作法，決定統一規範危險物品，並提高罰則，原處罰新台幣3千元，提高為1萬~5萬元。

高鐵局指出，危險品包括：爆炸物、壓縮氣體、易燃液體、易燃固體、放射物質、毒性物質、腐蝕性物質，考量這些物品具有助燃性，禁止帶上車。◇
