再來 你完全沒有物穿
您都是在打NG嗎?
NG中路通常也會帶一點物防
你沒物穿 刺客打不痛會直接吃X
你都自己說塔隆是靠技能的了 代表你走爆發型
那你的裝怎麼這麼不像爆發型的
殞落 黑切 冰槌 這三個東西很貴且爆發型用不到
之後就是出裝順序 S3 有了九頭蛇之後閃耀劍就不是那麼重要了
閃耀劍的附加就像多一次普攻 九頭蛇的主動也是多一次普攻
而你說回家第一趟就出閃耀劍 你符文也完全沒物穿
你有沒有遇過符文帶物防 回家出探索者的?
你沒攻擊 又沒物穿 要閃耀劍和用?
不太懂為什麼這麼多人要出黑切
黑切對塔隆用處真的不大
技能放完剛好切完 然後你要追著砍 血太薄 會戰時這樣根本找死
你這樣比較算是稱坦
比較難秒人 加上你沒物穿 更難秒 裝備提供的一點根本不夠用
你這樣半坦 跟對面的坦打又打不贏 秒對方又秒不掉

事情是這樣的 很久以前 我有一顆硬碟一號 我把windows罐在A裡面的C槽 後來我買了硬碟二號就擺windows重灌在裡面的G槽 也就成為了現在的C槽 而原本的C就變成了現在的D槽 可是問題是 在我想要把D槽檔案刪光時 他很多檔案不給我刪 警告內容如這樣: http://imgur.com/LimqwzV.jpg
去google有方法解決 可是很麻煩 而且照做不太有用 (修改使用者權限之類的?而且我也只有一個使用者) 就一直放到了現在 浪費了好多空間 對了 windows的硬碟管理員是這個狀態: http://imgur.com/J1pro48.jpg
超級奇怪 D槽是系統 C槽卻沒有 還多了很多奇怪的狀態 現在我買了一顆128G的SSD 想要拿來當系統碟 也就是又要重灌windows 7的意思 可是很怕還是會出現一樣的狀況 如果兩個槽都被奇怪的垃圾卡住 應該會很崩潰QQ 請大家教教我 重灌的時候是出現怎樣的問題 才會發生之前的那種狀況?? 以前卡住刪不掉的資料 可以透過刪除磁區 再重新新增解決嗎?? (這方法我沒有試過 因為現在有放一些檔案在裡面) -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.113.93.183

陸軍役男洪仲丘於退伍前夕被關禁閉，疑因操練過度致造成多重器官衰竭不治，此案目前雖正由國防部進行調查，以對相關人員進行懲處。惟如何使部隊的管理更符合人權保障的精神，實為當務之急。

過去很長一段時間，基於軍人對國家的忠誠義務，即被認為須受有比一般人民更多的限制，甚而不得享有訴訟權，此即被稱為特別權力關係，而成為法治國的陰暗面。惟這種只強調上命下從，而忽視人權的想法，於現今已顯得不合時宜，而在1997年，大法官所做出釋字第430號解釋裡，即明確指出，不得僅因軍人身份的特殊性，即完全否定其訴訟權保障，故軍人不受基本權保障的思維，也正式遭唾棄。

只是即便有大法官的如此宣示，但基於國家安全與機密的維護，軍隊即不可避免帶有封閉性的本質，不僅缺乏透明性，人權與法治化的腳步也較為緩慢。以對軍人的懲處來說，依據《陸海空軍懲罰法》第9條第1項，現役軍人只要違反軍紀但尚未達於刑事不法者，所屬部隊即可視情節輕重而為相對應的懲罰。只是違反軍紀與否，雖在《陸海空軍懲罰法》第8條，列有24款之情況，但其內容多屬空泛，既有如言行不檢，亦有如態度傲慢、違背信約等模糊不清之用語，甚而在第25款，直接以有敗壞軍紀之行為來為概括。如此的包山包海，不僅有違法律明確性原則，亦使處罰標準趨於浮動，而易流於上級長官的恣意決定，更易使懲罰成為挾怨報復的工具。

而一旦決定為懲罰，依據《陸海空軍懲罰法》第24條之1第4項，若屬情節重大，而須為撤職、記大過、罰薪、管訓、悔過、降級或禁閉等，部隊即須召開評議會議，由權責長官指定適當階級及專業人員五人至十一人組成，並須給予當事人陳述意見之機會，以來為懲處與否的決定。此等程序看似符合正當程序的保障，實則大有問題。 (接下一頁)
