1、頭腦：促使腦部釋放腦內啡(endophin)，提升精神，使心情愉悅。
2、肺部：增加最大通氣量、增強橫膈肌肉強度、緩和慢性肺氣腫和支氣管炎的症狀、減低對抽菸的渴望。
3、背部：因為椎間盤承受跑步時震顛所造成的壓力，所以許多慢跑者都有背痛的問題，健走時椎間盤承受壓力與站立時差不多，比較不會受傷，同時還能加強背肌以鞏固脊柱。
4、骨骼：骨骼也需要運動，徒步相當於對骨骼施予重量訓練，能讓身體多吸收鈣質，對抗骨質酥鬆。
5、緩解壓力：明媚的陽光可以使我們走出心理的陰霾，行走於青山綠水間，舒筋活絡的同時，心情暢快。
6、塑身：行走可以幫助全身的肌肉和肌腱得到運動，鍛煉平展小腹，勻稱的小腿和結實的臀部。
7、減肥：是消除多餘脂肪的有效運動，還可以幫助你調節飲食習慣。
8、排出人體自由基：人體的正常代謝中會產生出一種叫自由基的有害物質，它能破壞人體細胞膜，溶解人體正常細胞，引起人體組織的衰老甚至變異。徒步可以有效促進自由基的排出，延年益壽。

「深喉嚨」史諾登（Edward Snowden）揭發美國監控國民甚至盟國事件，引起軒然大波，並重創美國情報單位形像。不過，情報專家認為，史諾登洩密案不致傷害美國、英國、澳洲、紐西蘭、加拿大等5國合組的「五眼」（Five Eyes）情報聯盟，因為情報就是金，重要到沒情報根本就沒法生存。

美聯社17日報導指出，英國在2006年時靠著美國情報幫忙，順利破獲密謀炸毀航班的大型恐怖攻擊；澳洲也是靠著美國情報幫忙，才順利逮捕一名炸彈攻擊犯。因此，報導認為美國情報這麼有價值，就算全球極度不滿遭到美國監控，由英語系國家組成的「五眼成員」也不至於因此放棄合作關係。

報導更強調，刺探獲得的情報機密對國家安全與繁榮重要性與日俱增，史諾登不可能阻止、甚至減緩此種作法。

紐西蘭外國監控機構「政府通訊安全局」（Government Communications Security Bureau）前局長佛格森（Bruce Ferguson）表示：「情報就像黃金。沒有情報，就無法生存。」

二戰時期，為破解德國與日本的海軍密碼，美、英、澳、紐、加等5個英語系國家因而成立五眼聯盟是。戰後聯盟延續下來，5國同意互不監控，並在世界各地相互合作，迅速分享情報。

不過，情報專家指出，5國雖然大概都知道彼此底細，所以不需要監控，不過偶爾會有意見不同時，就會窺探他國。

由崑山科技大學視傳系助理教授曾惠青導演的動畫「SeeD」，是今年台灣唯一受邀於第67屆愛丁堡國際電影節的播映影片。影片創作技法以傳統逐格拍攝方式、加上電腦繪圖合成，手法細膩，歷時3個月完成。該部動畫也是曾惠青繼去年的「Paper Touch」後，第二部於愛丁堡國際電影節播放的作品。

愛丁堡國際電影節首創於1947年，與威尼斯影展、坎城影展同列為世界歷史最悠久的老牌影展，也是英國第一個舉辦的國際電影節，展出每年度在世界各主要國際電影節上得獎的優秀影片。

今年總計有超過60個國家、近300部影片在影展期間播映，其中有121部更以愛丁堡國際電影節為發片首映會。播映影片中包含劇情片、紀錄片、實驗影片、3D動畫、短片、電視影片和藝術片等。

愛丁堡國際電影節列入文化部「電影事業暨電影從業人員參加國際影展獎勵辦法」的影展之一，崑山科大曾惠青助理教授以導演身分，獲文化部經費補助出席今年影展。

「SeeD」由曾惠青與家人曾聿萱、曾千純、曾宜共同完成創作，影片配樂則由獲獎無數的德籍音樂創作者Arjan De Wit製作，故事內容以一顆未知的圓球體為主角，描述其尋找自我與發現潛能的過程。

由崑山科大曾惠青助理教授所導演的動畫「SeeD」，自今年完成以來，受到多方的肯定與邀約展出，除愛丁堡國際影展以外，7月份將於加拿大「2013多倫多國際動畫影展」和美國紐約「第36屆美國亞洲國際影展」展出，入圍國際短片競賽類。此外，8月份也受邀於巴西「第21屆世界靈魂：巴西國際動畫影展」展出。

我是今天才知道的 單純說一下我的看法 有在follow他臉書的人知道 他對於今年沒機會上場感到無奈 想想 目前義大的外野人滿到爆炸 對一個沒舞臺的老將而言 就算他不走被替換只是早晚的問題 與其留在這裡不上不下的 不如另謀出路 就算他離隊 那其他隊會需要他嗎 這應該不用問也知吧 甚至就算周董年底要申請FA 我還想問 有哪隊會需要他 每隊的外野幾乎都人滿為患 每隊都需要人氣球星 但是人氣球星如果簽的卻沒位子守 只能打DH 有缺嗎 如果因為沒球隊簽他 因此回爪爪 那請問會不會因此降他的薪水?? 今天他只要是爪爪 別說不可能 酷龍事件我替他抱不平 但是Salu我真的替他感到不捨 想想一個紅葉的傳人 最後是因為這樣離開職棒 當初金龍旗他還帶領華興拿到銀牌 也自此知道棒球場上有這位紅葉傳人 小弟發文從不怕被噓 只是單純的抒發自己感想 PS:11點了本想看國光的 結果看到某個人渣 就直接轉台 訴我直言 我對幹過那擋事的人 速來都以人渣做稱呼 因為他連本名都沒資格從我嘴巴講出來 當然我對垃圾的定義 只要是被抓到承認的都算 被法官定義的也算 要說我鍵盤嗎 統一跟兄弟17局大戰那場 我從頭看到尾 誰知道裡面就不知到幾個人渣在 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.231.48.63

我的電腦大約4年往5年邁進 中間燒過一次主機板 跟換過一顆硬碟 CPU是Intel Core 2 Quad q8200 @2.33Ghz 主機板是 Gigabyte的 G41M-Combo 記憶體有插兩個 都是2G的 硬碟是TOSHIBA DT01ACA050 500GB 我想請問一下 如果花5000元升級大概可以換甚麼 如果花10000元升級大概可以換甚麼 用途算是讓玩電腦更快更順 麻煩了 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.254.210.99

餐廳名稱: 英才大麵焿 地址: 台中市英才路215號 消費日期:2013.06 http://www.wretch.cc/blog/micoberry/23907322 前陣子去台中 我弟突然說他沒吃過大麵焿想吃看看 我是孤陋寡聞不知道大麵焿是什麼 好險有台中在地人帶我們去吃50年老店 位於英才路的英才大麵焿 英才大麵焿的菜單其實很簡單 都在牆上一覽無遺 主餐就只有大麵焿一種 一碗25 另外有油豆腐/滷蛋/燒肉/貢丸/炸豆腐/蝦捲 等等小菜可單點 我們主要是想嘗嘗看大麵焿的味道 所以點了兩碗大麵焿 另外點了油豆腐和燒肉各一份 六月中的下午兩點去吃大麵焿 真的是炎熱度十足 但是店裡客人還是好多壓~ 大麵焿的湯頭有點偏黃 裡面的料除了粗條的麵焿之外 只有韭菜和紅蔥酥 份量蠻大一碗的 大麵焿的口感很滑溜 剛端出來的時候 我以為會是Q彈的烏龍麵口感 但吃起來是很滑溜鬆軟的感覺 口味的話 很像是比較濃的鹼粽味道 剛剛查了一下網路上寫說裡面的麵是麵粉和鹼粉混合做成的 所以有鹼粉的味道 我自己的感覺是說不出好吃或不好吃 是一種很微妙的味道 沒吃過的人可以試試看 小菜的部分都還OK 油豆腐滷得蠻入味 燒肉也不錯 外酥內嫩的口感 第一次吃大麵焿算是蠻新奇的體驗 覺得大麵焿的味道和口感真的是說不出的微妙 沒吃過的人來台中可以體驗看看! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 24.250.22.101 ※ 編輯: micoberry 來自: 24.250.22.101 (07/18 11:35)
