從小就是圓嘟嘟身材的我
大骨架搭配圓圓臉是我將從小到大給人的第一印象
美妝店打工的時候，因為身材的關係，沒辦法站在服務台前服務客人
只能被分派到文具部做勞力，被當男的用
只要有搬貨、文具上架的工作，都會被欽點。
長期下來還是會自卑，心情也不好，
曾經禁食，連續幾天不吃東西只喝水。
雖然快速瘦了3公斤，不過很傷身
而且正常吃一餐之後，體重又都回來了
直到在網路上中找到窈窕開關
透過均衡營養和熱量控制減重
從65瘦到54公斤，大腿都變細緻了
3個月後終於恢復健康和自信
現在已經瘦成漂亮的纖美人。

【林志青╱台北報導】警政署公布今年1至6月全國酒駕死亡人數為137人，取締酒駕違規5萬9457件，其中移送法辦2萬3809件。與去年同期相比，死亡人數減少66人，酒駕死亡人數呈下降趨勢，警方各項取締防制作為仍持續維持，民眾切勿以身試法。

2013-07-17 01:40 中國時報 【李弘斌／綜合報導】 他在8歲時遭到性侵，靠運動表現來建立自信；他在大學入選時美國奧運成棒隊，要簽下人生第一份職棒合約前，卻被診斷出右肘沒有「尺側副韌帶」；他曾在同一支3A球隊熬了7年，投不出成績，被認為是前途無亮的「4A」投手。 　他是目前效力於藍鳥隊的投手狄奇，憑藉著幾乎失傳的蝴蝶球，以及永不放棄的鬥志，在去年以37歲高齡，成為史上首位贏得賽揚獎殊榮的蝴蝶球投手。在月初上市的中文版自傳「不死的蝴蝶」一書中，狄奇娓娓道出他的故事。 　「我的自傳就是忠實呈現，希望讀者看了能夠了解，人生中要達成一些目標，是多麼的不容易。為了這些目的，你必須要做出一些犧牲，希望台灣的讀者透過這本書，也能夠有所體會。」狄奇日前在多倫多受訪時誠摯的說。 　狄奇在2005年勇敢放棄傳統球路，轉向練習蝴蝶球，但他的棒球生涯真正觸底反彈，卻是在07年6月瘋狂嘗試勇渡密蘇里河（北美第一長河密西西比河的最大支流）之後。他沒有成功，甚至差點溺死，卻終於領悟人生。 　「渡河原本是為了當英雄，企圖用自己的力量及意志，創造史詩般的轉變，結果反而證實自己的卑微。」狄奇在自傳中寫著：「當我在北美第一長河洶湧的濁水下哭泣，以為自己必死無疑時，上帝卻另有打算，賜給我機會，看看一個一輩子都在逃避現實的人，能否找到方法，去擁抱當下。」 　狄奇說，他一直希望尋求各種自我挑戰，讓自己變得更堅強，不論在身體或心理都達到更高的境界。儘管勇渡密蘇里河的結果很糟，自我挑戰的信念卻未改變。去年初，他又成功的攀登上非洲第一高峰吉力馬札羅山。 　征服非洲第一高峰及贏得國聯賽揚獎，都發生在自傳付梓之後，狄奇願意將這些篇章留給下一本書，他說：「你必須相信自己能夠做到，這就是人生的美妙之處。」 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 116.59.235.207
