如標題!

我幾天前，用了這瓶清潔劑後(沒戴手套)，手指很痛，雖然可以彎曲，但是左手中指那指甲兩旁的肉，呈現紫紅色的顏色，肉也顯得有點硬，小壓就很痛，然後我壓了大力一點，有濃跑出來。 請問這如何治療?
能不要看醫生的解決嗎?
