【綜合報導】美國「旅遊和休閒雜誌」(Travel and Leisure magazine) ，去年12月開始，針對他們的讀者調查，票選全球最棒城市，曼谷以90.24分第7次奪冠，同時曼谷也連續4年獲得亞洲最棒城市冠軍。
 
讀者根據旅遊景點、文化習俗、食物衛生和美味、東西好買度、民眾好客度以及物超所值度評分，伊斯坦堡以89.96分位居第二，第三是拿下89.84分的佛羅倫斯，開普頓和京都則分別為第四和第五，前4名的城市和去年都一樣，京都則是從第9名躍昇到第5名，泰國今年相當受到遊客好評，另一大城市清邁也以88.15分，擠進排行榜名列第10名。

至於亞洲最棒城市排行，京都以1.09分的差距輸給曼谷，位居第二，第三到第十名則依序是清邁、暹粒、香港、東京、新加坡、上海、首爾、河內。

【綜合報導】國民黨籍台北市議員賴素如，涉收雙子星大樓開發商太極雙星團隊賄賂1百萬元，又將犯罪所得藏匿在助理帳戶中，且帳戶中又有5百萬資金來源交代不清，台北地檢署今依收賄罪、隱匿犯罪所得、財產來源不明罪等3罪起訴賴素如，檢方並請法官重判，賴素如最重可判無期徒刑。

行賄的太極雙星金主程宏道、顧問賈二慶、白手套彭建銘均依收賄罪起訴，其中，賈、彭因坦承犯行，檢方請求法官減輕其刑。

至於是否還有其他市議員涉案，北檢表示，因查無實據，今一併簽結。
