【綜合報導】經典科幻電影《全面啟動》(Inception)的劇情，現在可能成真。美國麻省理工學院(MIT)研究團隊，成功讓實驗鼠錯記受電擊的記憶，這是人類首次透過操控腦細胞，成功在動物腦中植入虛假記憶。

研究團隊應用近年發展迅速的光遺傳學(optogenetics)技術，植入假記憶。研究人員先將實驗鼠放入藍色盒中，標記鼠腦與藍盒記憶有關的細胞，在那些細胞加入一種光敏蛋白質，令那些細胞一被藍光照射，就會活化。之後把實驗鼠放入紅色盒子，透過植入腦內的光纖，用藍光照射和激活與藍盒記憶有關的細胞，同時對老鼠施加電擊，以植入老鼠曾在藍盒遭電擊的假記憶。那些實驗鼠最後放回藍盒時，就算牠們從未在藍盒受電擊，假記憶也令牠們對藍盒產生恐懼反應，全身僵硬。

研究人員表示，他們無意將同一技術用於人腦，但希望透過進一步研究，了解人類錯誤和虛假記憶的原理，如目擊證人為何記錯事實，以致作出錯誤口供。

【黃揚明／台北報導】立法院將召開臨時會，民進黨團總召柯建銘上午受訪說，民進黨團主張行政院長江宜樺來報告大埔案與軍中人權。至於兩岸服貿協議，柯說，應先開公聽會，並慢慢審查，「這次臨時會不可能出委員會」。

至於洪仲丘案，柯建銘說，希望能成立立院的調閱委員會，另外有三個有關軍中訴訟制度變革的法律要徹底修法解決，至少臨時會期間要先付委審查，威權體系遺留下來的轉型正義問題一定要認真處理，否則未來這種案子還是會層出不窮。

Subaru休旅車款Forester今年3月推4代車型，針對庫存3代Forester 2.5 XT現有特價108萬元的優惠，折幅達22%。

每年下半年，部分進口車廠便醞釀引進新年分車種，今年9月開始陸續有2014/13年式(又稱假14年式)，即2013年9月後銷售或生產的新車，若車商手上還有舊年式庫存車，這時便是加碼促銷的關鍵；且因應新一代車型已上市或將引進，也有針對庫存舊款末代車出清，如Subaru便有車款折幅最高達22%，VW則最多折14%，想購車又不太在意年分者，可趁機撿便宜。

今年上半年整體車市銷量較去年同期小幅下滑1.9%，在整體市場景氣仍未見成長下，眾車廠只能持續祭出各種優惠。Subaru表示，整體大環境不景氣，確實導致國人消費型態日趨保守，2013年上半年台灣車市的整體表現並不樂觀，雖然年初發表第4代Forester，確實拉抬買氣，但其實Subaru手頭上也有幾輛2012年式Forester 2.5 XT的3代庫存車款未出清完畢，原價138萬元，特價108萬元，折幅高達22%，迄今所剩不到10輛庫存，想撿便宜動作可要快。

Golf GTi末代車 限100輛

另外，在國內頗受歡迎的進口掀背車VW Golf，因應全新第7代車款上市，總代理年初就針對6代1.6升自然進氣車款，推出加料不加價的Glory最終特仕版，目前該車型已經出清完畢；反而是同為6代的1.4TSI車型，目前還有約莫50輛的庫存車，現祭出現金優惠價100萬8000元，折讓達16萬元的方式衝買氣。而最受熱血車迷歡迎的Golf GTi，由於7代車型年底才引進，因此業者現在才推出6代庫存車優惠方案，原價144萬8000元，現在最終典藏價只要129萬8000元，折價幅度高達15萬元，共限量100輛。Golf GTI 6代採用1具2.0升4缸渦輪引擎，最大馬力達210匹，搭配DSG六速手自排變速系統後，0~100km/h加速可在6.9秒輕易達成；原廠平均油耗可達13.5km/l，以一部小鋼砲來說，表現十分均衡，是國內目前最普及的鋼砲車款。

VW上半年銷量 不如預期

至於去年9月後生產的2013/12年式新車，多家廠商也開始促銷刺激買氣，VW於6月推Polo購車優惠，原價80萬8000元，現特價69萬8000元，折幅達14%，除便宜11萬元，還可搭9萬8000元低頭款、低月付4999元，限300輛，目前剩約50輛，也讓6月銷量較5月增約3成，促銷成效顯著。但VW表示今年上半年銷量仍不如預期，約僅去年銷量一半，VW續於近期推Passat 1.8TSI原價129萬8000元，現金價119萬8000元起，現折10萬元，限150輛，目前約剩100輛。
而Škoda旗下的Fabia 1.2TSI自推出以來，其輕巧、繽紛的外型，頗受年輕世代喜愛，總代理特別針對2013/12年式車款推出特惠，原價78萬8000元，現金價69萬8000元，並可享頭期款9萬8000元、首年低月付3999元方案，活動預計到8月底，賣完為止。

VW當家中型房車Passat，目前針對1.8TSI車款祭出車價折讓衝買氣，特惠價119萬8000元。預計年底前原廠會對VW Polo推小改車款，總代理因此出清2013/12年式車款，特價69萬8000元。

Škoda Yeti是入手歐系SUV最低門檻，1.2TSI車型特價84萬8000元，折10萬元，預計8月初恢復原價。在國內銷售表現不錯的Škoda Fabia，現在2013/12年式車款特價69萬8000元，折9萬元。
