　　近期中國國務院總理李克強的「上、下限說」引起市場頗多臆測，因尚未明確指出具體數字，專家學者各自解讀，結果不盡相同，元大寶華綜合經濟研究院對此分析，中國國務院下半年的工作重點輪廓已逐漸明朗，主要的施政重點在於「財政措施、簡政放權和稅制改革」，透過重點領域的扶持提升效率，從中降低居民和企業的成本，並以產業升級促進新的消費熱點，由消費帶動廠商企業新設備投資，形成經濟成長的正向循環。

李克強認為中國經濟目前運行平穩、並處在合理區間，強調「所謂合理區間，就是有一個下限和一個上限，下限就是穩增長、保就業，上限就是防通脹，今年的預期目標是，國內生產總值GDP增長7.5%左右、居民消費價格指數CPI漲幅是3.5%左右」。元大寶華指出，李克強開宗明義重申今年兩會所訂定的經濟目標，顯示雖然過去在十二五規劃以及十八大時曾訂定較低的成長目標，但以短期(2013年)目標來看，今年的經濟成長目標仍然是7.5%，通貨膨脹目標為3.5%。

另一方面，雖中國政府積極強調經濟結構轉型，並因此淡化GDP，但絕非忽視GDP。因此，元大寶華認為，據李克強的談話，現階段要保持城鎮的失業率在5%左右，經濟成長率必須維持在7.2%，且為使就業市場穩固無疑，7.5%的目標成長率是最為安全且可靠。

元大寶華進一步指出，李克強強調經濟運行要有一個合理區間，上限下限指標值不會一成不變，但一段時間內也應該是相對穩定的，以給市場和社會一個穩定的預期。

然市場目前對於李克強所提及的「下限」與「底限」有部分誤讀，元大寶華表示，李克強心中的「下限」是今年經濟成長保持在7.5%，而其「底限」則是2013-2020年平均每年經濟成長率需達到6.9%以上(即7%)。此外，他認為未來經濟成長率可略為調低的主因在於，隨著經濟結構調整，服務業進一步發展後對就業吸納能力將會增強，經濟成長速度再低一點，仍能保住就業。

在「穩增長」、「調結構」兼具的前提下，中國調整結構的主攻方向是擴大內需，除了整併產能過剩的行業外，支持新興戰略產業的發展也是要點之一。

同時，要增加投資、重在增加薄弱環節的建設，特別是鐵路建設若能到位，便會帶動相關站點建設，並輔助公路建設，對內需的拉動力量很大，另一方面，還有城市的基礎設施，特別是節能環保設施的建設，包括地下管網、污水治理，垃圾焚燒等。

擴大消費是中國政策重點，李克強重在培育新的消費熱點，例如資訊消費的潛力龐大，買資訊產品、資訊消費，很有帶動力，不僅可以促進消費升級、釋放市場潛力，其配套設施的建設又能夠帶動有效投資；特別是城鎮化，是最大的內需潛力，包括加快改造棚戶區、戶籍改革，推進農業規模化、企業化經營、推進農村水電入戶等基礎設施建設。

另外，在擴大內需的同時，也要穩定和擴展外需，包括穩定人民幣升值預期，降低出口檢驗檢疫費用、通關便利化、出口退稅等。

中華小將們在IBAF少棒賽闖進冠軍賽，也連帶為自己賺了幾個手套，兄弟象周思齊允諾幾位小國手，打進冠軍賽就會送他們手套，「小不點」楊鈞傑則將收到偶像王勝偉的簽名手套。

中華隊今年表現漸入佳境，尤其從預賽最後兩戰開始發揮團隊火力，再到複賽連克韓國和委內瑞拉，正好就在周思齊前往三德飯店探視小國手後，也被笑說他的到訪為小朋友帶來能量。

周思齊笑說：「對耶！可是我現在欠了好幾個手套。」怎麼回事呢？原來就在探視中華隊時，有5、6個比較主動的小朋友跟他說：「如果我們打進冠軍賽，可以送我手套嗎？」他也一口答應。

中華隊個子最小的楊鈞傑，最喜歡的球員是王勝偉，轉播單位也向王勝偉詢問可否給小球員一點鼓勵，他回答：「當然OK啊！」計畫送上自己的手套，也想簽上名字，但就怕小球員捨不得用。

1.FB顯示位置 只有移動無線網路登入的(臉書app)才會顯示位置   (ex:手機.平版 )

如要關閉手機的位置顯示,在手機臉書聊天室打字的右邊(傳送鍵的左邊)有的箭頭符號把它關閉即可 ,就只會顯示從手機發送並不會顯示位置  
   

2.電腦登的fb聊天只會顯示 寄至聊天室,並不會顯示位置
