服貿臨會闖關無望 王郁琦：尊重

立法院內政等8個委員會上午舉辦服貿協議第2場公聽會，陸委會主委王郁琦（左一）、海基會董事長林中森（右一）、經建會主委管中閔（右二）等政府機關代表列席聆聽各界意見。

立法院內政委員會今天舉行兩岸服務貿易協議公聽會，由於下周審議兩岸服貿協議的內政委員會輪值召委，改由民進黨立委李俊俋擔任，服貿協議幾乎已確定無法在立法院臨時會完成初審，也無法順利進入院會，兩岸服貿協議的戰場，將延長到九月下旬開議的立法院新會期。陸委會主委王郁琦表示，尊重立法院的相關程序。
李俊俋表示，他尚未決定下周議程，但即便排了兩岸服貿協議，也只會安排公聽會，讓更多業者能表達意見，絕對不會讓服貿協議完成初審。
立法院第二次臨時會下周五8月9日結束，王郁琦連續兩天出席公聽會，和產官學界交換意見，外界質疑服貿協議未將出版及印刷業綁在一起談判，要求中國大陸的印刷及出版市場同步開放，王郁琦表示，中國大陸出版領域牽涉意識形態，管制確實嚴格非常多，若台灣要求綁在一起談判，恐將喪失台灣印刷業進軍大陸市場的商機。王郁琦說，未來會跟文化部繼續努力，讓大陸鬆綁出版業的限制。
有關台商赴大陸投資的爭議，王郁琦說，兩岸投保協議今年二月生效至今，受理案件60件多為過去案例，已有13件獲得解決，其他爭議會陸續透過協商處理。

陳由豪漳州PX廠爆炸 無傷亡

昨天凌晨四點卅五分左右，漳州古雷石化PX廠區發生爆炸，沒有造成傷亡。現場一片焦黑。

昨天凌晨四點卅五分左右，前東帝士董事長陳由豪投資的福建漳州古雷半島石油化工廠對二甲苯（PX）龍騰芳烴廠區發生爆炸，無人傷亡。由於爆炸猛裂，附近民宅玻璃全破，商家鐵捲門都變形。
大陸媒體報導，三天前當地曾發生暴力拆遷情況，導致一名村民身亡。不過，官方並未證實昨天這起爆炸案是否與日前的拆遷有關。
昨天凌晨，漳州古雷對二甲苯專案一條尚未投產的加氫裂化管線，在充入氫氣測試壓力過程中，發生焊縫開裂閃燃。
龍騰芳烴董事長黃耀智表示，爆炸造成附近一個村莊部分房屋玻璃受損，火勢迅速撲滅，現場無人員傷亡。民眾擔心化學品外洩，他強調，沒有物料外洩，現在只是在測試。
黃耀智表示，該管線已於七月十三日通過氮氣試壓，七月十八日開始用氫氣試壓。
福建漳州古雷半島石化項目總投資一百卅七億八千萬元人民幣，陳由豪的龍騰芳烴項目，曾在○七年引發廈門萬人上街散步抗議。
福建大力發展古雷半島成為全大陸第一個台灣石化工業園區後，從廈門遷移去的PX項目，在漳洲古雷半島取得福建省和漳州市領導人的全力支持，專案並被譽為「古雷奇蹟」。

這外勞來我們家大概三個月了,
跟我外婆及母親一起三人一起居住,
怎麼防範好?還是家中還是不要有外人好呢?
實在不忍心把外婆送到安養院
