在暑假期間，每逢文化中心及中央廣場有舉辦藝文活動，就可看到嘉義市北門派出所所長向安城及副所長蔡忠順發放各類文宣品的身影，向安城所長表示，由於暑假期間是青少年問題的高峰，提供青少年適當的休閒活動是必要的，並適時的籍由活動將健康觀念導入青少年的心中，避免好奇與無知而誤入歧途，配合地方社區或派出所，健全防制配套拒絕煙毒戕害身心，期許給青少年一個安全無慮的生活。

向安城所長指出，由於現在青少年各類型犯罪問題層出不窮，且正值暑假期間，因青少年的守法意識較為薄弱，導致青少年易誤觸法律，許多青少年因為同儕的影響嘗試菸毒，而誤入歧途，影響未來的人生。因此，北門所正值暑假期間，便利用例假日發揮預防青少年犯罪的功能，積極參與社區青少年暑期活動，透過活動寓教於樂，讓青少年能有所啟發，更能清楚明白法令規定，勇於向有害的活動說「不」。

為避免毒品及菸品殘害青少年的健康，轄區派出所員警於是在各場次活動中，透過文宣及活潑的有獎爭徵答外，引領青少年進入文化與民俗的領域，對於自身所處的環境有所認知，並鼓勵青少年從事正向身心運動，透過文化中心及中央廣場前的各類型展演、活動舉辦與宣導，讓青少年能夠認識菸害、拒絕毒品及杜絕霸凌，讓青少年能有個健康活潑的生活。

疫苗不足 防檢局：承諾3.7萬劑一定給

隨著感染狂犬病鼬獾的死亡數量逐漸增加，全台狂犬病疫情升溫，防檢局今天(29日)表示，目前動物用狂犬病疫苗中央只剩2萬2千劑，需用於高風險地區；但已承諾給民間收容中心的3萬7千劑動物用免費疫苗一定會給，等8月中旬50萬劑疫苗進口，將可補足疫苗缺口。

防檢局局長張淑賢29日表示，中央狂犬病動物用疫苗約只剩2萬2千劑，都是優先提供給傳出疫情的地區，而目前政府緊急採購的50萬劑，也會減化行政程序，讓疫苗早日進關，因此先前已承諾將給民間收容中心3萬7千劑，會在進口後盡快發送，他強調承諾給民間收容中心的疫苗一定會給。

張淑賢說，全台流浪犬貓收容所很多，要依風險高低施打，傳出疫情的6個縣市收容中心一定會拿到。至於民間廠商疫苗部分，張淑賢表示，30日就會釋出4萬3千劑到市場，8月12日還會再進口15萬劑。

【綜合報導】日本一名流浪漢為找一個棲身處，在拍賣網上，將自己當商品拍賣。

這名25歲的流浪漢，因負債累累，又無力支付國家醫療保險費，流落街頭，他突發奇想在日本雅虎上拍賣自己，表示自己身高173公分、重57公斤，血型A型，目標買家是「想找朋友，或想找一位懂做家務男友的女性，同時可提供住宿，出價最高的人。」

這個另類的拍賣，很快就被網站管理員發現，將這件「拍賣商品」下架，但在短時間內，竟然已吸引600人出價，拍賣價最高達6萬5千日圓，約近2萬台幣。
