目前配備 CPU AMD X3 720 MB Asus M4A78 Pro(?) RAM 2G ×2 VGA 喬帝7750 HDD 系統槽是創建SSD PSU be quiet 450w OS Win7 64位元 機殼(HEC牌)、Power跟顯示卡打算沿用 4年前的電腦了 現在跑3D遊戲在進副本或人多的時候很卡 FPS掉到剩個位數 希望預算一萬左右升級CPU跟主機板 記憶體多加4G 主機板不考量ASUS的了 請版友推薦 感恩 -- 昔有佳人公孫氏，一舞劍器動四方。觀者如山色沮喪，天地為之久低昂。 霍如羿射九日落，矯如群帝驂龍翔。來如雷霆收震怒，罷如江海凝清光。 絳唇珠袖兩寂寞，晚有弟子傳芬芳。臨潁美人在白帝，妙舞此曲神揚揚。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 211.74.134.193

日本兒童照護員陪老人

二○二五年，台灣每五人就有一人是老人。康健雜誌今天發表報導紀錄短片，借鏡韓國經驗，呼籲台灣更多企業加入照顧老人的行列。

康健雜誌舉行「高齡台灣、照顧我們所愛的人」報導紀錄短片首播，馬英九總統夫人周美青也與會觀賞。

韓、日照顧長者走在台灣前頭。康健團隊走訪日本茨城縣水戶市御多福日間照顧中心，由小學生擔任照護員，陪阿公阿嬤玩遊戲、按摩、協助工作人員；且是用瓷盤用餐而非避免打破的鐵碗，老人家每天去的是有兒童笑聲的地方，不是冷冰冰的機構。

日本十三年前已實施長期照顧保險，這家日照中心也推「照護預防」創新做法，照護員會帶領老人按摩喉部，練習喉嚨肌肉，幫助吞嚥順利，避免老人吃東西噎到，感染肺炎，以配合政府降低長照保險支出政策。

陸軍五六四旅響應捐血活動　愛心不落人後

陸軍五六四旅舉辦捐血活動，不但獲得官兵熱烈迴響，也有效緩解南部血荒窘境。（軍聞社記者姜大宇攝）

（軍聞社記者姜大宇高雄二日電）響應「捐血一袋、救人一命」義舉，陸軍五六四旅特別舉辦捐血活動，獲得官兵熱烈迴響，並為地方血庫挹注不少存量。

　該項捐血活動在天山營區舉行，由新市鎮扶輪社主辦，社長李英一率先挽袖，並獲得該旅官兵及扶輪社社友的熱烈響應，先後計有百餘人熱情捐輸。

　李英一指出，該社定期與高雄捐血中心共同辦理捐血活動，並配合地區駐軍官兵，秉持軍愛民、民敬軍的理念，將愛心化為實際行動，以達到紓解地區血庫缺血的問題。

參與捐血的官兵表示，發揮熱血助人精神，善盡社會責任，不僅是國軍義無反顧的信念，更是舍我其誰的榮譽，未來駐軍仍會持續投入愛心捐血行列。

俄羅斯總統普亭日前簽署反同性戀法案，禁止人民宣揚同性戀，舉動引發民眾不滿。此法案同樣規範來到俄國的外國人，屆時將影響參與2014冬季奧運的選手。

據《澳大利亞新聞網》7月30日報導，普亭上個月通過兩項同性戀限制法案，內容為：禁止在未成年人中傳播非傳統性關係的信息；禁止外國同性伴侶或同性戀合法化國家的單身人士收養俄羅斯兒童。外國人也同樣受到法律規範。

身為明年冬季奧運的主辦國，俄羅斯議員密拉諾夫(Vitaly Milonov)表示，法規不能因為舉辦冬奧而暫停執行，或選擇性執行。一但任何同性戀運動員參賽或到場觀賽，都將被捕。

俄國的反同性戀政策，也引發各國民眾發起抵制普亭的活動。據《蘋果日報》報導，有網友在臉書（Facebook）發起「一人一棒，送情趣按摩棒給普丁吧」（Send A Dildo To Vladimir Putin）的活動，網站還附上普丁的官邸地址，響應民眾包括美國、澳洲、義大利等地。

在美國全國各地備受同性戀歡迎的酒吧和夜總會，近日加入了停止銷售俄羅斯伏特加酒的運動，《澳大利亞新聞網》報導，該運動就是在在抗議俄羅斯當局通過的反同性戀法案。
