新北市政府5日正式掛牌成立新建工程處，首任處長由工務局主任秘書詹榮鋒升任。工務局長高宗正指出，新工處是繼養工處成立以後，工務局成立的第二個工程處，也是工務建設團隊的主要機關之一，負責擘劃新北市道路、橋樑、隧道、公園、廣場及興建公共建築，是成立新工處的主要目的，期許新工處能讓新北市民擁有最便利、舒適、安心的生活環境，是新工處今後努力的方向。

高宗正表示，新北市政府升格成直轄市後，積極推動各項重大工程，鑑於以往各鄉鎮市公所為獨立機關，各自規劃相關建設而未能整體考量發展，以致工程品質良窳不齊，因此市府決定成立專責規劃、施工的工程機關，以提升工程品質，加強新北市的競爭力。

首任處長詹榮鋒指出，工務局最近正加緊趕工汐止新社后橋暨捷運汐止民生線共構工程、三重醫院擴建工程、新泰國民運休中心、江翠國中溫水游泳池及地下停車場、深坑兒童遊戲場地下停車場暨幼兒園工程、淡北道路等攸關市政進步的多項重大工程。另也將延續承接淡水新市國小、樹林大安路橋延伸工程、浮洲合宜住宅周邊道路工程、五股水碓公園改善工程及三重、蘆洲、淡水、土城、中和、板橋等6座運休中心工程建設。

詹榮鋒強調，接任處長一職是項大膽挑戰，指新北市目前有多項眾大建設陸續推動中，將全力以赴！指新工處的組織架構設置6科、4室，184位員工，由工務局「規劃設計科」、「工務科」現有人員及員額移撥，分別成立有企劃科、用地科、土木科、建築科、工務科、勞安品管科等6科，及秘書室、會計室、人事室、政風室等4室。

本人明年四月左右EMBA畢業對於到學校教書當教師蠻有興趣的不知該怎麼做才能夠圓夢呢??有知道的人請指點一下

ANS:
a:學士後國中小教師師資班(因少子化,95年以後停辦)
b:要有學生身份:1.大一升大二2.碩士班學生3.博士班學生:才可以修教育學分
c:只能考入有師資培育中心的大學OR研究所才能修教育學分,
d:你本身是非教育本科系畢業:再考研究所再修教育學分才有可能時間最省,
e:修中等/國小師資教育學程取得國小/國高中教師證:流程說明:

拿教師證流程:

只能考入有師資培育中心的大學OR研究所才能修教育學分,要經過甄選(1.資料審查2.筆試:國文/教育概論3.口試),考試通過且有名額限制,才能修國小教育學分(40學分)國高中師資:26教育學分),+實習半年+教育部師資檢定考試通過,才能拿到國小/中等師資教師證,每年還要全省各縣市考教師徵試才能成為正試國高中小教師,很辛苦

2.國中小教甄 最低錄取率僅1.11％:

〔自由時報記者吳為恭／彰化報導〕彰化縣國中小教師甄試，將於本月十三日初試，國中美術科九十人搶一個缺額，錄取率僅一．一一％，國小普通科錄取率也僅一．七三％，競爭激烈。由於是新竹市至雲林縣之間的六縣市聯合命題，初試題目相同，步調必須一致，除非六縣市全因蘇力颱風而宣布停止上班，否則照常初試，縣府最遲會在今晚十時公告。

國小教師甄試共開缺二十八名，一千三百八十七人報名，缺額分別是普通科十八名、英語科四名、音樂科六名，各有一千零三十九人、一百二十八人、二百二十人報名，錄取率各只有一．七三％、三．一三％及二．七三％。

國中教師甄試開缺十五科三十六名，共六百一十人報名，各科缺額和錄取率不同，美術科錄取率僅一．一一％最低，生物科四十三人搶一缺額，錄取率二．三三％；英語科一百二十四人搶三缺額，錄取率二．四二％；數學科五十七人搶二缺額，錄取率三．五一％，其他科的錄取率也都不高。

《壹週刊》公布的「2013職場大調查」:

博士生大量畢業　失業率高達9成5 2013年07月31日 【綜合報導】博士成為就業市場的票房毒藥！根據《壹週刊》公布的「2013職場大調查」，今年全台預計有6832名博士生投入就業市場，但目前包括人力銀行、大專院校及學術機構所開出的博士職缺只有342名，換算下來博士的失業率高達9成5，是一般失業率的23倍！ 《壹週刊》報導指出，由於2008年金融海嘯，許多年輕人躲回學校繼續深造，念完碩士發現工作還是不好找，就繼續攻讀博士，2009年有6831人擠進博士班，創下20年來的新高，現在金融海嘯逐漸復原，但當年這批博士生畢業後卻引發另一場就業災難。 這種博士學歷貶值的情況連台大畢業生也難以倖免，前經建會主委陳添枝受訪時表示，今年台大經濟系博士畢業生，10個有9個都失業了，博士生出路就像「塞住的水管」，大家全擠在洞口，台大博士平均要待業1到2年，其他校更得花3、4年才找得到工作。

愛爾蘭哥威爾賽馬大會這周開跑，當地媒體現場採訪，剛好遇到下雨，一名站在受訪人後面的男子，拿出50歐元紙鈔，約近2000台幣，充當面紙擦拭雨滴，成為當天報導最熱門人物。

其他媒體還諷刺報導表示顯然當地面紙和手帕嚴重短缺，而且據傳這名男子隨後燒掉這張50歐元紙鈔，因為他擔心丟到垃圾桶，會被窮人撿走。

拔管永眠！　林杰樑溫和形象植人心

55歲毒物權威、林口長庚臨床毒物科主任林杰樑今（5）日中午病逝，引起一片哀慟。洗腎30年的他致力醫學研究，尤其致力食物安全，常以他豐富學識在節目、新聞中導正許多錯誤觀念，擔任生活綜藝節目近50集固定來賓，減肥、養生等主題無一不談，更不畏壓力踢爆市面販售的黑心商品。

8月2日本預定至東森《現在才知道》錄影，不料因病送急診，助理臨時發簡訊退通告，短短4天內病情急轉直下，肺部感染併發多重器官衰竭，家人同意拔管，各界錯愕、不捨。總是盡己所能，將熱情投入食品安全研究，身為重量級學者的他槓上農委會、衛生署在所不惜，就怕對不起良心，他願挺身站出來打擊、發聲。

回憶起林杰樑鏡頭前的溫和形象，東森節目部經理簡孟蔚指出，私底下的他也是個「好好先生」，說話慢條斯理、態度不疾不徐，「錄影時都很早到，靜靜的坐下攝影棚，他很安靜，不會串門子。」每每製作單位規劃主題腳本後，多半會和林杰樑討論，「他會針對相關內容告訴我們對或錯，用他的專業為我們修正。」

主持人賴憲政助理透露，他昨本有意前往探望林杰樑，擔心打擾而作罷，一夕之間竟天人永隔，大家都難以接受。季芹經紀人則說，林醫師總不厭其煩為大家解答，「其實他非常忙碌，但只要講到食品安全，都會很盡力幫忙，季妹妹自己有些問題也會私下請教他，真的很感概、很震驚，他是一個這麼好的人。」
