近日在世貿電腦展那購買一台華碩筆電,當時我跟銷售員(以下簡稱A)說要"四核心"的筆電,A拿了一本型錄後指2台筆電給我選,我選了其中一台,但購買帶回家後看工作管理員那怪怪的,就上網查CPU的型號 結果卻是雙核心的,隔天再去展場詢問退換(昨天那位A沒看到,也沒留下個人名片),銷售員B說那台是"雙核模擬四核心",也是四核心的一種,現場交貨拆封後也不接受退換,該經銷商也無i7實體四核的筆電可換(B說i7筆電才有實體四核,i5只有二模擬四)
購買當時A並無說明該筆電為"雙核模擬四核",直到我上網查詢隔天再去問銷售員B才得知, 實體2顆核心模擬四核,處理效率跟家中另一台四核("QM"實四)慢了最少30%
這是不是有點算詐欺了= =? 我該怎麼解決,這可以找消基會處理嗎?

《Papa Pear Saga》是由專門推出益智遊戲，包括推出過糖果、泡泡女巫、拯救寵物等的「King.com」公司所推出的新遊戲。

遊戲名稱直譯的意思是「梨子爸爸傳說」，玩法有點像彈珠台，但多了不少益智的成份在裡頭，

【綜合報導】《飢餓遊戲》的書本及電影全球大賣，美國佛羅里達州一個夏令營，為了搞噱頭，將夏令營比賽項目變成飢餓遊戲現實版，搞到參加的孩童險變暴力狂，被迫叫停。

夏令營安排參加的小孩，進行為期一周的比賽，就如《飢餓遊戲》中的格鬥比拼，最後生存者便是冠軍。想不到，遊戲竟然激發出參加孩童的暴力傾向，其中一名參加者表示，如果輸了要死，寧願選擇被箭射死，或者被槍殺，不想死於刀下。

臨床心理學家表示，孩童以往看《飢餓遊戲》書本或電影，都只是一個遠離殺戮的旁觀者，但現在他們可以親身參與類似的遊戲，融入其中則會更接近戲中的角色，暴力問題便會變得嚴重。

夏令營主辦者也坦承，低估了孩童在遊戲中表現出的暴力性，在夏令營進行一半時，立即更改比賽形式，改為考驗參加者的智力、準確性、平衡力和團隊合作性。
