【朱健弘、周昭平╱台北－－高雄連線報導】李聖傑為撇清與蔡姓女子的未婚生子疑雲，昨在台北、高雄2地與蔡女展開攻防戰，早上先由委任律師湯偉在台北公開2份鑑定報告，聲稱與蔡女兒子排除親子關係，隨後他與律師趕往高雄榮總醫院，試圖與在加護病房內的蔡女兒子再做親子鑑定，但未獲同意，蔡女除質疑他的鑑定報告，也強調等小孩度過危險期，一定做親子鑑定。

李聖傑上月24日被《蘋果》直擊與蔡女在高雄街頭爭吵，2人談話時，他提及「不小心有這個孩子」，等同認了與蔡女未婚生子，原本保持沉默的他，前天大動作召開記者會，聲稱透過DNA（Deoxyribonucleic Acid，去氧核醣核酸）親子鑑定，證明小孩不是他的，但因拿不出鑑定報告被質疑，他昨早請律師在台北吉林路上的醫學檢驗中心召開記者會，公開2份證明排除親子關係的報告。

李與律師說法兜不攏

問題是報告上除了他的名字，照理說該是蔡女之子的欄目上卻被遮蓋名字，遭媒體質疑檢體來源及採樣方式，隨後律師陪同李聖傑搭高鐵直奔高雄榮總，因為4個月大、動過2次心臟手術的蔡女之子在榮總的加護病房，律師表示願再做1次親子鑑定，一行人約下午2點30分抵達榮總，未能找到蔡女，也未獲同意進入病房探視。

稍後李聖傑前往高榮過敏免疫科辦公室，詢問DNA鑑定相關規定後，已排定抽血檢驗時間，但確切時間不願說明，面對媒體提問也不再回應，因李聖傑前天在記者會聲明沒看過小孩，蔡女昨透過律師質疑他：「沒探視過小孩，又如何能自行採集檢體？」他的律師湯偉對此表示：「有沒有看過小孩，不是李先生（李聖傑）單方面說了算。」還否認他曾說過類似話語，說詞讓媒體傻眼。

湯偉也說明出示的2份DNA報告，小孩檢體是上月28日李聖傑獲女方同意，單獨進加護病房探視時，私下採集頭髮與口腔黏膜送驗，女方同意讓李採集檢體嗎？湯偉表示不清楚是否獲女方同意採檢，也不願當場打電話給李求證。
