上半年酒駕肇事死亡 6年新低

（中央社記者汪淑芬台北5日電）交通部今天公布最新交通統計，今年1至6月酒駕肇事件數及死亡人數，都是6年來同期新低。

交通部說，今年酒駕新規定及刑法第185條之3修正，因刑責加重及縣市動員警力執法，有效降低酒駕肇事發生率。

交通部統計，1至6月「酒醉（後）駕駛失控」件數131件，死亡人數137人，比去年同期減少66人，都是近6年來同期最低。

交通部統計，1至6月A1類（當場或24小時內死亡）道路交通事故件數919件，比去年同期減少5.2%，死亡人數947人，比去年同期少5.1%，都是歷年同期新低。

交通事故死亡事件中，以騎機車死亡人數544人，占57.4%最多，其次是行人占12.5%。

分析肇事原因，以「未注意車前狀況」死亡192人居首位，比去年同期增加4.3%；其次「酒醉（後）駕駛失控」死亡137人。

酒駕新規定從3月1日起實施，罰鍰提高，最重可處新台幣9萬元。

另新修正刑法第185條之3，從6月13日起實施，明定駕駛人吐氣所含酒精濃度達每公升0.25毫克，或血液中酒精濃度達0.05%以上而駕車者，就構成犯罪。

交通部同時修正道路交通安全規則，降低酒駕標準為每公升0.15毫克，或血液中酒精濃度達0.03%以上，就處以行政處罰。1020805

想問一個關於棒次打擊策略的問題 在沒有人在壘上的情況 每個棒次的打擊策略應該都是一樣的嗎？ 想辦法擊出安打 或是上壘 就是對球隊有助益 印象中Jeter當初被調到第一棒 媒體問他打擊策略有什麼改變 他也說沒什麼改變 就想辦法打出安打就對了 那麼一到九棒的排法是不是應該以上壘率的高低排呢？ 還是如果要下戰術就一定得把腿哥排第一棒？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.119.135.155
