【廖珮君／台北報導】投資型保單買氣回溫，壽險業者提醒，投資型保單費用分為先付的「前收型」和費用後付的「後收型」保單。前收型保單因不收解約費用，資金運用靈活度高；後收型保單一開始就將保費全數投入投資，民眾可依自身需求來規劃。

目前市場上投資型保單概分為「變額萬能壽險」和「變額年金險」2大類，前者好處是可利用相對低的保費規劃高額保障，並保有投資彈性；後者則是透過規劃投資標的，長期累積退休金並轉為年金方式給付。

第一金人壽總經理林元輝提醒民眾，買投資型保單除了研究市場投資趨勢外，也得了解投資型保單的費用結構，尤其前收型（指繳保費時，需先扣一筆費用，才能投資），和後收型（繳保費時不收費，採每月收管理費）的費用結構大不同。

第一、選擇適合自己的洗面乳

第四、正確選擇防曬指數

　　最後就是夏季美容護膚最重要的防曬了，建議大家在選擇防曬霜時要注意產品所提供的SPF防曬指數。雖然SPF指數可以由2高至60，但作為日常防曬用途，SPF8—15就足夠了。SPF指數太低時，防曬功能可能不足夠。但SPF指數太高，容易使皮膚過敏。

綜合媒體報導，因應大陸領導人習近平「軍隊能打仗，打勝仗」的要求，解放軍假想敵部隊「藍軍」已在6月投入演訓，而且對上各地部隊「絕不手軟」。

解放軍報日前評論，「未來仗怎麼打，兵就怎麼訓」多年來一直淪為口號，但實際對抗演練仍是樣板戲。

文章說，建立永久性、超攻擊力的假想敵部隊是1970年代以來就有的想法，但是解放軍高層一直沒有加以實施。

英國泰晤士報指出，解放軍已經組建永久性假想敵部隊「藍軍」，專門在演習中扮演敵方。此一轉變應來自習近平指示，即部隊應該能打仗、打勝仗。

報導稱，藍軍今年1月首度曝光後，據信6月份首度參演。分析人士認為，假想敵部隊如此快地投入軍訓，顯示習近平與軍方關係非比尋常，遠勝前任胡錦濤。

軍方消息指出，藍軍約6000人，沿用美軍戰術，在堪比實戰的演訓中，對各地調來的部隊絕不手軟。

據信，藍軍包括2個坦克營、4個步兵營，3個混合兵種營和數個工程、通訊以及其他後勤單位。
