【綜合報導】昨午台中市消防局接獲報案：「我女友卡在屋頂上。」10多名警消帶救援器材趕往梅川東路三段一棟公寓，報案男子帶警消衝上5樓頂，發現一名20多歲辣妹站在隔壁4樓鐵皮屋頂，手抓鐵窗神情尷尬。原來辣妹手機受潮，拔下電池放在窗邊晾乾，不料開窗時把電池推落到隔壁鐵皮屋頂，她叫男友去撿，但男友說：「我會怕！」辣妹只好自己從頂樓沿著鐵窗爬下約6米高度去撿，結果受困。

其是在路上搶先的車子很多, 等開到前面後又慢下我還能理解,
開到前面停下來的, 整個路口塞住是...?

如果妳要..., 可以讓我先過...?
你可以停外面, 停裡面, 不要停中央?

雖然我看了後面沒車, 只有我一台, 雖然我只等了一分鐘左右...

男開瓦斯自殺救回　送醫後無礙

【曾伯愷／新北報導】新北市蘆洲區21歲男子，今天下午5時30分，疑因憂鬱症病發，在中正路租處4樓臥房內開瓦斯自殺，因瓦斯味充斥整棟公寓，鄰近住戶循線發現瓦斯氣味報警處理。
 
警消到場，空氣間瀰漫刺鼻瓦斯味，先佈水線防範起火，隨即入內將房門、窗戶打開，關閉瓦斯開關閥，而男子則倒臥床上一度昏迷，所幸警消現場急救後恢復意識，送醫後無大礙。

2013第9屆卡利世界運動會8月4日在哥倫比亞的卡利市圓滿落幕，高雄市籍奪牌選手今（8）日齊聚市政府接受表揚，市長陳菊恭喜選手締造佳績，同時也感佩他們從訓練到出賽一路努力堅持，替國家爭光，延續2009年高雄世運榮耀。

陳菊表示，市府為提供優秀選手更好的比賽及培訓場地，將投入約1.5億興建經費於仁武區建置符合國際標準規格的溜冰場，預定104年中可完工，完工後將是國內首座符合最新國際標準、同時兼具400公尺公路賽與室內200公尺場地賽功能的國際級滑輪溜冰賽場地，具合併設置場地賽、公路賽場地突破性指標意義，將為我國滑輪溜冰帶來新的發展契機，並引領本市躍升為國際滑輪溜冰運動的重鎮。

到場接受表揚的四位選手都是高雄基層學校栽培出來的運動好手，共計獲得1金、2銀、4銅殊榮，其中健力選手謝宗庭負傷參賽仍榮獲男子輕量級銅牌佳績；滑輪溜冰選手黃郁婷榮獲女子組1000公尺競速賽金牌、500公尺競速賽銅牌、1萬公尺公路賽銅牌佳績；駱威霖榮獲男子組500公尺競速賽銀牌；陳彥成則榮獲男子組1萬公尺競速賽銀牌、1萬5000公尺公路賽銅牌。

高雄市在籍選手經獲選為我國世運代表隊且實際出賽，可獲頒2萬元體育獎助金，另奪得金牌可得20萬元、銀牌15萬元、銅牌10萬元。陳菊親自頒贈獎助金及獎座，恭喜四位選手的優秀表現，並期勉選手們持續為國家及高雄市爭取更好的成績，展現台灣精湛的運動實力。

此外，關於國道七號開闢案未通過環評，陳菊表示，空汙疑慮不該是否決地方重要交通建設的原因，高市近年來透過綠地開闢、加強稽查、提高空氣標準等方式，大幅改善高雄市的空氣品質，空氣品質不良率也逐年下降到2.6％，是歷年最低。高雄市政府會盡力協助國公局說明，企盼攸關地方發展的建設在審議過程中能順利通過，在開發與環保及地方期待與民意中取得可行方案。

早上看到的新聞就是在台北市穿梭超方便的「UBike」，又多新增了七個不同的取還車據點，分別是「峨嵋停車場」、「開封西寧街口」、「東園國小」、「萬大興寧路口」、「台北市客家文化主題公園」、「台北花木批發市場」及「吳興公車總站」，而且預計在九月的時後還會再啟用另外七個借車地點，到時後台北市就會有超過三千台的腳踏車以及五百個車輛的借租歸還地點，這麼多地點的選擇可以讓大家租借，真的是很棒的一項政策，而且據說之後政府要在大力補助一億元的經費來建置UBIKE相關的設施以及維運，期待以後新北市也會有相似的YOUBIKE系統。

不過這麼多的youbike微笑單車據點如題想要知道在什麼地方有可以租借UBIKE的站要怎麼查詢呢?當然是要透過YouBike微笑單車官方版．UBike App程式來作查詢是最快最方便的，透過這個軟體可以讓你註冊成為YＯＵＢＩＫＥ的會員，然後沒記錯的話會員好像可以享有騎乘前半小時免費的優惠，有了UBIKE APP就可以查詢自己的借車狀況以及扣款記錄，然後最重要的就是可以用地圖來查找youbike微笑單車據點租賃站位置以及每一個不同的youbike站點車輛車位查詢功能，非常方便。

越來越多的人在看演唱會的時候總是把手機舉著錄影，試圖把現場 High 翻的氛圍和自己喜歡樂隊歌手的演出影片保存起來，而且可能生怕錄得不好，整場演出手都不敢抖得太厲害，這無疑會影響粉絲現場的視聽體驗。Dean Graziano 很看不慣「put your hands up in the air」變成了「put your mobiles up in the air」，因此她立刻組建團隊推出了Lively，讓演出者出售自己的現場表演，初定為現場表演原聲帶 4.99 美元，音樂＋影片 9.99 美元。

演出者要做的就是用蘋果的筆記型電腦或者 iPad，接上樂隊調音系統的音源介面，這樣就能錄下沒有雜音的演出音訊，現場畫面則由特定的團隊拍攝。

Lively 的演出只出售給親身到現場的粉絲，內置的 GPS 將判斷消費者是否的確在現場看演出，之後 Lively 會推送一條消息「Hey，喜歡誰誰誰的演出嗎？現場獨家原聲帶只要 4.99 美元，影片只要 9.99 美元」，購買後，音樂會在演出結束之後自動下載到粉絲手機中，而經過編輯的影片畫面將在 24 小時內與原聲帶整合在一起。

賺到的錢 Lively 會分得 21%，Apple 和 Android 平台得到 30%，剩下的 49% 全部歸演出者，有時可能場地提供商也會分一杯羹。


Lively 在 Marketing 策略上還是有很多亮點的：

  • In-show purchase，粉絲在現場正是 High 翻的時候，即興購買從心理學上說很有道理。
  • 社群購買，Lively 雖然只允許現場粉絲購買，但購買過的粉絲可以將他們買下的影片音樂分享到 Twitter 和 Facebook 上，讓有同樣音樂品味的人能夠購買。

自從今年 5 月上線以來，Lively 已經有接近 4000 用戶，並正在尋找種子期投資。它已經簽約合作了超過 20 個演出者和樂隊，這樣一種線上曝光形式對演出者來說潛力是巨大的，不管是在收益上還是名氣上。想像一下，你在西雅圖演出，通過某個粉絲，正在夏威夷度假的某個粉絲也迫不及待地開始掏腰包。
