【連欣儀／綜合外電報導】歐元區第2季（4~6月）經濟成長率周三（14日）將揭曉，分析師預估季增率為0.2%，可望揮別前6季負成長，終結2011年第4季以來持續衰退局面，復甦前景愈來愈佳。
 
眾多數據顯示歐元區前景復甦在即，歐元區經濟大國德國政府樂觀看待其第2季經濟成長，估季增率0.75%，將優於先前市場分析師預估目標季增0.6%；此外，歐元區7月經濟信心指數也連3月攀升，同月的製造業PMI（Purchasing Managers' Index，採購經理人指數）也創2年來首度擴張。

文好像有點長，不好意思ˊˋ 呃嗨各位我是這標題上篇文章的原PO，上次受到很多版友的照顧，現在來報告今天 調解的結果。 我輸了，調解的結果是公司必須要給我6月份的薪資跟特別休假7天以及五一勞動節 的薪水，預告工資以及遣散費門兒都沒有。 因為原文有點長，所以刪掉直接在這裡前情提要一下。 原PO在6/28當天被上司告知不適任現在的工作，給了我兩條路，看是要被調到別的 單位或者是要離開公司，所以原PO就被迫離職了。 然後展開非自願離職證明跟資遣和預告工資以及特休假跟五一薪資的長征之路(掩面 以下是調解的重點整理： 公司方面表示要離職是我自願的，他們有調動員工的權力，而依據調動五原則裡所說 的，原PO只有在下面這一點有機會翻盤： 3、對勞工薪資及其他勞動條件，未作不利之變更。 但原PO無法提出明文的證據證明新職務比原先的職務不利。 首先是新職務必須每天加班至少1~2小時、每月須有一個週六要值班等等公司的不成 文規則。 職位調動後薪資會有變動，新職位比原先職位的薪水要高一些，但須先經歷試用期 3個月，而試用期的薪資比原先的職位低。 兩者相加之下，就原PO的觀點來看確實是不利的變更。 但調解人表示這些都只是原PO自己在說，員工的上班時間就是表定的8:30~18:00 沒有什麼工時不同的問題，薪資方面新職位就是比舊職位要高，所以都無法構成"不 利於原PO"這樣的條件。 所以原PO輸了，感覺上主要是敗在1、公司有調動員工的權力。2、拿不出調動不利於 自己的證據，這兩個部分。 並且公司仍然堅持要原PO到公司簽切結還是什麼的，辦完手續才要給原PO六月的薪 資跟特休和五一，而調解單位本身由於是委外團體，所以沒有公權力強制要公司給 付原PO薪資，所以除非原PO妥協去公司辦手續領現金，或者是公司妥協用匯款，不 然這些錢原PO也別想拿到，不過這都是題外話了。 由於調解失敗，現在原PO有兩條路可以選，一個是繼續告上去(但成功機率頗低， 至少必須能夠拿得出調職不利於原PO的證據)，或者是選擇到此為止，當作學個經驗。 想請各位版友給點意見QAO 對不起文長，非常感謝閱讀>※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.224.22.26

假的定義是，一句話中有錯誤，而不是一整句話都錯誤，所以這題是有解的
不像蘇格拉底和柏拉圖的悖論。
假設乙箱有黃金
表示甲箱、乙箱字條都是假的，因為他們都說，黃金在甲箱
所以甲箱說的完全錯誤
乙箱說的只有前半段是對的

在假設甲箱有黃金情況下
如果甲箱字條是假的，表示甲箱說的"乙箱上的字條是真的"是假的(因為甲箱有黃金是真的)，所以乙箱字條是假的，所以"甲箱的字條是假的"是假的，矛盾

而如果甲箱字條是真的，表乙箱上字條也是真的，所以"甲箱的字條是假的"是真的，矛盾

如果乙箱字條是真的，表甲箱字條是假的，矛盾

如果乙箱字條是假的，表"甲箱的字條是假的"是錯的，矛盾

所以，四項都矛盾表原假設錯誤
故答案是乙箱有黃金

水泥業7月營收出爐，台泥(1101-TW)等5家業者單月業績皆較上月成長3.76%到18.99%不等；平均增幅2.77%，隨著台灣市場颱風與中國大陸華南庫存去化、季節等天候因素排除逐步進入傳統旺季與季底醞釀漲價。

台泥單月營收98.76億元較上月增3.76，年增1.12%。亞泥(1102-TW)7月營收59.42億元約與上月相當，但較去年同期增8.04%。

環泥(1104-TW)4.53億元月增8.99%年增10.87%；幸福(1108-TW)4.4億元，月增19.41%年增21%；東泥(1110-TW)單月營收1.85億元月增18.99%年增29.04%。

營收未能增加者，信大(1109-TW)月減2.3%；嘉泥(1103-TW)7月營收2.95億元，月減2.71%，年減11.21%，累計至7月營收減21.86%，公司說明，年減少因素為去年在建工程完工認列營建工成收入、出售容積率收入及水泥銷貨收入較高所致
