餐廳名稱：鷹流拉麵 消費時間：2013年/8月 地址：台北市忠孝東路四段216巷27弄14號 電話：02-2778-1177 營業時間：一~日: 11:30 ~ 22:00 可否刷卡：不行>"http://yuniqueting.pixnet.net/blog/post/179694335 PTT文字版: 這間鷹流拉麵是朋友推薦的，據他所說網路上很推喔!! 從忠孝敦化站出來，還要走一段路喔， 只是我跟忠孝系列站滿不熟的，所以也花了一些時間才找到它~ (只要找到27弄的牌子就八九不離十囉:D) 鷹流拉麵來自於日本的拉麵激戰區(?)高知馬場~XD (我查了查，日本真的有這樣使用XD) 由一位日籍台灣人所創立。 不收服務費喔!!這在東區似乎非常吸引人耶~我看到許多人都被這張牌子吸引過來XD 那我們進去吧:)) 我覺得這個門的造型實在非常的霸氣，很特別。 店內的空間說實在不大，店的前後是用餐區，廁所在店的中間。 店內設有候位座，不過如果人真的太多， 必須在店外等候，店家也貼心準備了白開水讓在外的客人飲用:) 我覺得店內的光線比較昏暗，不是很適合照相Orz 而且桌與桌間非常近，旁邊的人在聊什麼聽得一清二楚啊~~ 桌面也不是太寬，空間滿不足的，要做什麼都綁手綁腳>"http://yuniqueting.pixnet.net/album/set/3889498 鷹流拉麵可以選擇的麵食有十二種(其中一種是夏季限定)， 以湯頭來說大致可分為鹽味及醬油豚骨兩種， 另外還有小菜、飲品可供選擇。 (瓶顆發現編號十的叉燒拉麵有兩個，點餐的時候要向店員做確認喔!!) 菜單前面，店家花了滿大篇幅闡述鷹流拉麵的特色及堅持， 像是，湯頭是根據季節，嚴選蔬菜及各類食材，熬煮兩天，才有這樣濃郁的湯頭； 拉麵麵條也是自行製作，特從日本引進製麵機， 希望也能讓台灣客人享受到與日本相同的彈牙口感。 其他的部分，有興趣的人再去相簿閱讀唷~~ 讓我們進入食物的部分:) [鹽味沾麵 NT$260] 叉燒、蔥、筍乾、蝦油 用畢後還有御飯組，記得提醒服務人員幫你上餐喔~ 大家要注意藍色的字喔~不過， 由於我們都飽到吃不下所以就裝不知道Orz以免浪費食物...... 所以此篇食記缺少御飯組喔~~ 會再附上飯是因為沾麵的湯會剩下，最後可以配著飯完食~ (日本似乎很多這樣的吃法，真是佩服日本人的肚量XD) 鷹流拉麵麵加大不用加價喔，只是標準份量的麵量是260g， 店員表示相當於一碗半的份量， 加大則是350g，相當於兩碗的份量。於是，我們沒有加大。 麵單吃就有味道，有點像裹了一層蛋白的香，後來又看了一次菜單， 推估是加了蝦油的緣故~ 很香很有嚼勁呢，好吃。 沾醬很濃郁，沾著麵鹽味稍稍被中和，但味道還是滿重的喔， 剛吃真的驚為天人，但是對於不習慣吃這麼重口味的我們而言，會有點膩口。 [超極鹽味拉麵 NT$290] 叉燒兩塊、特製烏龍茶糖心蛋、蔥、筍乾、海苔、蔬菜 有兩塊叉燒以及我好愛的糖心蛋 簡直毫無疑問是瓶顆的首選啊!! 麵一樣很彈牙好吃，雖然少了蝦油，不過單純的麵香更加迷人。 叉燒的部分超級厲害!!除了很大塊外(請參考沾麵的照片比較清楚)， 不乾不澀，非常軟嫩， 瓶顆只是用筷子想將它夾起，結果它就散開了!!可以想見它煮得有多軟爛!! 而且似乎有再煎過?叉燒還帶有焦香味喔，超好吃!! 糖心蛋也非常美味，和外面賣得比起來比較鹹一些、口感比較嫩一些， 只是有一部分的蛋白還未完全凝固就是了。 整體而言，湯頭真的非常非常濃郁，而且有愈吃愈濃的感覺，不適合飲用， 這對於喜愛喝湯的瓶顆來講，有點小傷心Q 但是其實店家有提供調整口味的服務喔!!若覺得太鹹請告知服務人員:) 不過日本人吃拉麵是不喝湯的啦~ 另外，標準份量對瓶顆來講太多了，根本吃不完>"※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.240.180.195

【龍柏安／綜合報導】平均身高202.4公分的中國男籃代表隊，今在2013亞洲男子籃球錦標賽8強淘汰賽以78比96不敵平均身高只有190.9公分的中華隊，無緣4強，陸媒痛批這是中國男籃隊史38年來最糟的成績，也是他們自1998年來首度無緣世界盃。
 
中國自1975年參加亞錦賽以來，共拿過14次冠軍、1次亞軍與2次季軍，昨輸給中華隊後，將是隊史首度以1軍出賽，受阻於4強門外，各大網站紛紛以「最差戰績」為標題，並指這是中國隊除2007年以「二軍」參戰外名列第10名外，首度無緣4強。
 
而中國名球評蘇群，賽後也在個人微博上PO文表示，做中國籃球20年，沒有像今天這樣感到恥辱！！
