【蔡明樺／台北報導】衛福部食品藥物管理署今成立全國食品衛生志工大隊，過去3個月在全台培訓814位食安志工，即起將深入社區賣場、超市、傳統市場等，扮演秘密客訪查食品標示、監督食品廣告等，一旦發現業者標示不實或廣告誇大，立即拍照存證，並通報各地衛生局稽查人員，為民眾食安把關。

食藥署組長劉淑芬指，志工都經過食品標示、外觀辨別等訓練，並到賣場走訪過，第一波將傳統市場、賣場和超市列重點稽查範圍，若成效良好，將擴大培訓，彌補各地衛生局稽查人力不足。名廚「阿基師」鄭衍基呼籲民眾採買時應杜絕「三不」，拒絕購買來路不明、標示不詳和廣告不實的食品。
