國民黨立委王育敏今舉行記者會檢視洗衣精容量，她說，經濟部標準檢驗局目前只抽驗固體、粉狀洗衣劑，規範顯有漏洞；標檢局應盡速將液體洗衣精納入「定量包裝商品管理辦法」的檢測項目，並要求生產及進口業者，統一以容量標示。

此外，王育敏將提案修法商品標示法，要求販賣業者標價時，應同時記載總價級單位價格，而且同種類商品，應以相同單位標示價格，以利消費者選購商品。

已買/未買/已付訂金（元）：未買 預算/用途：偶爾會玩一下LoL，Chrome分頁都不關，PDF-XCHANGE分頁也不關， 使用肥大的itunes聽歌，有看高畫質影片需求但無轉檔需求 預算7000上下 越少越好 目前有下列兩個方案 CPU (中央處理器)：AMD FX6300 (95W) MB (主機板)：ASRock N68C-GS FX (沿用) RAM (記憶體)：金士頓 DDR3 1333 8G VGA (顯示卡)：msi R6770 (沿用) HDD (硬碟)：WD 藍標1T (沿用) DVD-RW (燒錄機)：無 PSU (電源供應器)：海韻 330W (沿用) CHASSIS (機殼)：(沿用) MONITOR (螢幕)：(沿用) Mouse/KB (鼠鍵)：(沿用) 其它 (自填)：7年前買的AM2 電腦在今年過年的時候主板掛了，當時能用最小 預算修好的選擇就是這塊主機板了，這塊主機板能插AM2~AM3+， 也能插DDR2跟DDR3，可惜只能各插兩條記憶體，原本的2+1+1只能 插兩條，3G的記憶體超頓的，所以有升級打算 --------------------------------------------------------------------------- CPU (中央處理器)：intel i3 3220 MB (主機板)：華碩 H61 RAM (記憶體)：金士頓 DDR3 1333 8G 其它 (自填)：CPU+主機板原價屋搭機價4990，若把原本主機板賣掉價差在可以無 視的範圍，且功耗比AMD少了40W，因為Power是7年前沿用的海韻， 目前用的AM2才65W，有點擔心FX6300的95W會讓Power受不了。且明明 升級配備卻還是沒有USB 3.0 感覺小差，換主機板又麻煩還有掉銅柱 的風險，可是這次換了電腦後希望能再戰三年所以希望能夠一次到位 不知道板上大大覺得哪一張單適合，還是說有個適合的配法可以推薦 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.115.222.178

銘旺科技（2429）今天公布第2季財務報表，稅後純損1,870萬元，比上季及2012年同期轉盈為虧，每股稅後純損0.9元。

銘旺科第2季營收1.64億元，毛利率1.77%；營收季增率1.65%，但低於2012年同期13.17%，毛利率各下滑8.03、0.1 個百分點。上半年毛利率5.75%，稅後純損1,579萬元，每股稅後純損0.76元；毛利率比2012年同期提高3.79個百分點，但轉盈為虧。

銘旺科7月營收5,229萬元，高於6月所創16個月新低約24.65%，較2012年7月衰退18.44%；前七月營收3.78億元，比2012年同期減少9.26%。

（中央社台北13日電）對於阿里巴巴和騰訊等大陸網路公司進軍網路金融業務，中國人民銀行副行長劉士余表示，「有兩個底線不能碰」。

劉士余所說的兩個底線，據中新社報導，一是非法吸收公共存款，二是非法集資。他提醒網路金融從業者，注意操作風險和信用風險。

報導說，今年6月13日，阿里巴巴發佈「餘額寶」，至上週末，近2個月吸納人民幣250億元；7月份，新浪發佈「微銀行」；8月份，微信5.0版與「財付通」打通；阿里巴巴系統的信用支付也箭在弦上。

劉士余說，「互聯網金融不斷挑動傳統金融的神經」，應鼓勵這種創新業務的發展。他今天在北京出席2013年中國互聯網大會時，就網路金融表示以上態度。

報導指出，大陸持有網路第三方支付牌照的企業有250多家，其中真正從事網路支付的有97張牌照，另外150多家從事預付卡業務。

至於網路金融監管的問題，報導說，這是世界性難題。劉士余指出，大家都希望有監管，但是怎麼監管，誰來監管，還需要做大量的調查和研究。1020813

大家好，因為月底要到宜蘭玩兩天一夜
不過不曉得我們選的地點該如何規劃（距離太遠可以刪除）
想請各位幫個忙！
交通工具是機車，第一天搭火車到羅東民宿，接下來就是照行程旅遊〜
目前選定的地點有 白米木屐村、南方澳昭安觀景台、蘭陽博物館、蘇澳冷泉、勝洋水草文化館、羅東夜市、宜蘭傳統藝術中心。
第一天中午才到羅東（民宿放行李），我是想之後坐火車到蘇澳，在蘇澳租車，繼續行程，晚上羅東夜市，第二天羅東行程，大概中午要出發到九份，麻煩各位幫忙〜 謝謝
