【綜合報導】加州成為美國第一個州政府在法律中，保障跨性別（transgender）K-12（5-18歲）學童自由選擇使用男生或女生專用浴室或更衣室的權利。
 
民主黨籍的州長布朗（Jerry Brown）12日宣布，他已簽署了編號為「AB1266」的法案。這項新法旨在保障學童以「自我知覺」（self-perception）的性別取代天生性別的所屬權利，法案中除保障跨性別學童選擇相關涉及隱私的使用空間外，也讓這些學童自由選擇體育課的上課項目。

PCB製程鑽針及代鑽孔服務廠尖點科技(8021-TW)今(13)日盤後公布2013年上半年的財報，其2013年第2季稅後盈餘7513萬元，每股稅後盈餘0.48元，優於首季的每股稅後盈餘0.38元，上半年每股稅後盈餘0.86元。

尖點科技2013年的第2季營收以6.69億元創新高，較第1季的5.56億元增加20.3%，較去年同期的5.75億增加16.4%。而尖點在第2季營業毛利率為30.7%，較第1季的28.9%增加1.8個百分點，但較去年同期的31.1%減少0.4個百分點。同時尖點科技在第2季營業利益為1.05億元，較第1季的6600萬元增加60.0%，較去年同期的8300萬元增加26.9%。

尖點科技2013年第2季稅後盈餘為7513萬元，較第1季的5900萬元增加27.5%，較去年同期的5500萬元增加36.1%。每股稅後盈餘為0.48元。

不過，由尖點科技公布的7月營收2.13億元，較6月的2.24億元反而呈現5.15%的衰退，尖點科技主管指出，由目前的PCB市場需求狀況來觀察，在8月想要見到迅速且大幅度的業績回升，其困難度非常高；換言之，2013年的旺季恐將向後遞延。

尖點科技7月營收2.13億元，較6月的2.24億元呈現5.15%的衰退，而較去年同月則有8.37%的成長，尖點科技累計2013年1-7月營收為14.38億元，較去年同期有13.31%的成長。

尖點科技7月營收的下滑主要，據了解主要在於代鑽孔服務區塊業績的下滑，在鑽針的銷售仍維持正常的水準；主要在於合作PCB廠的接單量在7月並沒有出現明顯上升，本身自有的鑽孔機台已足以因應，也導致鑽孔委外服務的業務量沒有提高；而這一點將在接下來持續發布的的相關合作PCB廠營收可獲佐證。

尖點科技主管表示，由目前的PCB市場需求狀況觀察，在8月要見到迅速且大幅度的業績回升，其困難度非常高；換句話來說，2013年的PCB旺季恐將向後遞延。

最近配大省買了PF1來用,因為有使用平板的習慣 所以買了搭配的平板來使用,目前平板還沒入手(缺貨要等兩天) 有點問題想請教,已經有買的朋友 1.手機如果貼保護貼的話會影響合體嗎?? 我是有查到如果包膜好像會容易卡到,如果只是貼保護貼的話就不清楚 2.手機如果電量剩20%,平板電量是90%,可以讓平板替手機充電 在平板未使用的情況下,能讓手機至少充到90%嗎??(20%->90%) (因為想把平板+鍵盤當成行動電源來使用) -- 當我們小的時候,總以為長大之後就會變的堅強 但長大後才發現,成長其實代表著接受自己的軟弱 而活著就是不停的承受傷痛,然後繼續前進 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 59.125.145.34

計程車真的是民眾大吐苦水的好地方？挪威總理史托騰柏格（Jens Stoltenberg）也這麼認為！大選將近，史托騰柏格（Jens Stoltenberg）希望能聽到選民真正的心聲，扮成計程車司機載客。路程中不少民眾認出他，但多年沒開車的他，竟被吐槽：「你真的開得很糟！」

根據《中央社》的報導，挪威總理史托騰柏格11日透露，他曾在6月某天下午喬裝成計程車司機載客，希望了解選民的真實心聲。近日他把載客實錄上傳到臉書（Facebook）、推特（Twitter）和YouTube上。他在影片中表示：「對我來說，傾聽民眾真實想法很重要。民眾最容易吐露心聲的地方，就是在計程車上。」

影片中的史托騰柏格身穿計程車司機制服、戴上墨鏡，乍看之下就像一般計程車司機。他選擇在首都奧斯陸街上行駛，載客過程中除非有乘客認出他，否則史托騰柏格不會表明身分。

載客的過程笑料百出，有乘客說：「從這個角度看，你看起來真的好像總理喔。」還有一名婦人在認出他後，藉機抱怨企業老闆薪水高得不合理，希望他能想辦法。

已經8年沒開車的史托騰柏格，還一度因為操作失誤而突然剎車。當時在計程車內的女乘客吐槽：「這真不是我見過最好的開車技術。」她還笑著說：「我不太滿意這樣的駕駛。」而另1名乘客更直接的表示：「你真的開得很糟。」

挪威將於9月9日舉行大選，競選活動正如火如荼展開。這段深入民間假扮計程車司機的過程，將會成為史托騰柏格競選下屆總理的最佳宣傳片。

據《蘋果日報》的報導，當地記者也詢問他如果9月選舉輸了，是否會考慮轉行當計程車司機，史托騰柏格笑說：「我想我當總理，才能為人民做到最好的服務。」

太子擬現增50億 全台獵地

太子建設昨（13）日公告今年股東常會改選董監事後首次董事會內容，並通過不超過50億元現金增資案；太子董事長鄭高輝強調，太子將充實營運資金改善財務結構，並會伺機處分非本業資產如台中金典酒店，同時將全台獵地，未來營運會越來越好。

鄭高輝表示，美國量化寬鬆（QE）結束後，全球央行金融政策仍存在許多變數，只有改善財務結構才能確保太子未來發展空間。

鄭高輝表示，目前台北市房價過高，加上土地難尋，太子獵地方向將鎖定全台，包括台中、高雄、台南等地。太子未來將專注營建本業，以「高周轉率」為目標，第一步就是在現金增資50億元額度內改善財務體質。

鄭高輝指出，僅台大、成大、金典酒店三大投資案就超過百億元，也就是說太子有百億元資金被卡住不得動彈，但在現金增資資金到手後，太子財務結構將獲得改善，負債比也降低。下一步，太子計畫處分非本業資產，如台中金典酒店。

鄭高輝強調，台中金典酒店營運僅損益兩平，未來待更上層樓，太子考慮處分股權予壽險業者。未來也將與統一集團合作進軍大陸，太子集團營運將越來越好。

鄭高輝三年前因太子出現問題，為了台南幫企業考量，擔任最高顧問，經過三年深入了解，如今也是在股東要求下接任太子董事長。
