標題[請益] 華碩機構面試請益

不知道板上是否有在 ASUS ME(華碩機構) 任職或面試過的？ 先前主管曾打電話邀約面試(說會請人資安排)，結果後來又沒下文(過了兩週) 結果上週又受邀本週前往面試，由於板上 ASUS 機構的資訊不多，所以想請問 板友一些狀況，目前只收到人資說要考邏輯測驗 & 線上填履歷而已... (1) 邏輯測驗是像隔壁皮卡丘考的那種圖形選擇? (2) 機構沒有另外考試? 先前面試有考三視圖 & 智力測驗 (3) 其它的聽說面試要過三關(課長->經理->處長)? 是分三次面試? 先前面試的幾家都是 考試OK->副理/經理->處長 一次面試完成 (4) 線上填履歷要投值缺的時候卻沒有人資開的職缺? (人資說:應徵職務欄位填寫一個即可 =50K左右? 小弟最近從親人那取得一台中古的空壓機

剛開始發動都是正常的

換過機油！

前2天都還蠻正常的

現在問題出來了，電插上去，馬達會轉，可是汽缸那邊的都拉不動

一開始以為是皮帶鬆掉，調緊後，還是一樣~

馬達自已轉，汽缸那邊都拉不動

只要將進氣那個黑色的塑膠蓋的那個口用手賭住

他就可以正常運作！！有師傅跟我說~叫我換一台新的！

請問這是漏氣嗎？如果直接把汽缸頭整組換掉，會正常嗎？

還是建議直接換新的呢？
