【綜合報導】荷蘭一名哥哥馬錫森(Mathijsen)表示，因不滿弟弟史馬克(Smajic)在日前竄改他的臉書個人檔案，因此決定把弟弟的房間「大改造」，來懲罰弟弟的不乖。 上周馬錫森趁趁史馬克去義大利旅行，把史馬克的房間「翻轉90度」，本來天花燈飾變成在側牆，其他家具全部在側邊。史馬克回家一踏進房，發覺自己變成蜘蛛人，在「牆」上行走。史馬克無奈地說，上次也遭哥哥「關愛」，牆壁被塗成粉紅色，要還原比較簡單，但這次房間被轉90度，真的沒辦法還原。

 興櫃股F-眾達科技（4977）今（14）日公布上半年合併財務報表，上半年合併營收新台幣77.6億元（美金報表營收為2,617萬美元）、年增1.08%，稅後淨利1億元、年增68.25%，上半年稅後EPS 2.34元，較去同期的EPS 1.39元表現要好，主要是產銷組合持續調整，應用在資料中心的光收發模組已達經濟規模，激勵獲利持續成長。 眾達今年首季稅後淨利4,433萬元，單季EPS 1.06元，第二季稅後純益5,621萬元、季增26.8%，單季EPS為1.31元。 眾達今年上年營收年增僅1.08%，但是稅後淨利年增68.25%。其主要原因是高毛利率產品比重增加、產品組合變更，光收發模組ASP的降幅不大的挹注；同時因為高速產品量產穩定、費用增加有限，所以激勵獲利。 所謂的產品組合的改變，主要是10G速度的產品占營收比重再度拉升，而2.5G的低速產品比重持續下降。 據悉，去年7月份眾達每個月的SFP+（加強型小型化可插拔光收發器）每月出貨量17.5萬顆，而到了今年6月份則達29萬顆，產量的年成長幅達7成。而2.5G的收發模組則快速衰退，所以眾達的總營收並沒有什麼成長。 由於10G速度的SFP（小型化可插拔光收發器）與SFP+（加強型小型化可插拔光收發器）在今年下半年的占比會達到高水準，2.5G光收發模組營收占比則會降到谷底，因此，預料眾達下半年營收才容易再出現成長力道。 由於眾達科技還屬於興櫃市場公司，目前處於申請轉上市的緘默期，還沒有確定掛牌的時間。但是市場初估，應該可以在本季轉到集中市場上市掛牌。
