在農曆七夕節前一天趕著錄製影片祝大家情人節快樂的高國輝與張建銘，本身卻是不過情人節。

「棒球情人」高國輝說，幸好是後援會球迷有提醒，才知道是七夕情人節，趕緊錄了祝福的影片。

被問到自己如何過情人節? 他說，「我都沒有在過節日的，因為大多數時間都在比賽，時間很難控制，還要抽空去過節，很麻煩，連之前的父親節，也是沒有過。」

高國輝偶而也會買花送給女友，但他說：「都不是在節日，就是想買就買，不會刻意為了過節安排。」

「火哥」張建銘面對情人節的態度也很淡定，表示老婆要顧小孩，已經很忙了，自己又要比賽，並不會特別費心去張羅。

「神全」林益全也沒有過節的習慣，他說：「從小連生日都沒有過，看待節日就像一般日子一樣，不會特別去慶祝。」

 【顏振凱／台北報導】監察院長王建煊指監察院可關掉，監委今聯合聲明嗆王，民進黨立法院黨團總召柯建銘表示，王建煊說的都是實情，廢掉監察院民調也會很高，因為監察院已經亂無章法，但王不要虛假說說，「該馬上辭掉院長職務，才是說話算話。」

柯建銘更轟，馬英九總統造成今天監院狀況，該對此負全責，並嗆馬在明年本屆監委任期到期後，就不該再提名監委。

柯建銘也重申，立法院可以處理的部分是，９月開議審總預算，「我們就比照凍省，刪掉監院業務費用跟人事費用，只有最低維持費用，等於廢掉。」因為修憲是不可能的事，且還要通過公民複決。
