菲利普的正職是小學地理老師，目前放暑假，上個月帶隊來台參加IBAF世界盃少棒賽，新婚2個月的妻子在比賽結束後飛來台灣會合，兩人安排東南亞1個月的蜜月旅行，原本打算在台灣玩1個星期，但從花東一路玩到墾丁，前2天再上阿里山，台灣山海美景讓兩人捨不得走，足足玩了3個星期，預定下周一才前往下一站菲律賓
