我從小開始就很愛吃肉，現在是28歲
體重持續增加，身邊朋友都說服我要減肥
我曾經試了3種以上減肥方式
包括埋線和運動等等
我都嘗試過
但是都是半途而廢
經由我高中同學介紹

配合半年我就瘦了20公斤的肥肉
減重過程中不斷給我信心和鼓勵

又很有成就感
每個人看到現在的我都非常的訝異

我們總共瘦了51公斤
每天都可以開開心心穿著美麗衣服出門

大家好 我之前請代買買了2罐倩碧的保濕潔膚水2號 無酒精款 印象中瓶身是透明藍色 結果昨天要開另一罐新的時候 卻發現整個瓶身變成透明綠色?! 很害怕變質的我打去美麗華倩碧專櫃問櫃姐 她的回應是說沒問題,這款瓶身本來就是藍綠色 但怎麼跟我以前使用的印象不太一樣呢? 雖然倒出來的液體一樣無色也無臭味,擦在手背上也沒感覺 依然有點怕怕的 希望有使用過這款潔膚水的版友們可以告訴我答案 謝謝各位 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 223.142.116.229

南投市長許淑華市長將於兩年內動支850萬元在南投振興里芳美社區營造詔安客家文化空間。

由於市長許淑華親自上陣說明與爭取，南投市振興里詔安客家文化空間營造案，日昨獲得行政院客家委員會全額核定，市公所將以850萬元經費，在振興里詔安客家人聚集的芳美社區，營造一個詔安客家風情的文化空間，建立一個永續成長的詔安客家文化社區。

南投市公所觀光文化課指出，客家委員會除了要求局部修正，全額核定市公所申請的850萬元詔安客家文化空間營造計畫案，其中客委會補助731萬元，市公所負擔119萬元；市公所今年起以兩年的時間，執行包括規劃及施工兩階段工程。

許淑華市長日前在客委會主委黃玉振到地方實地勘查計畫案時，親自報告南投市顯性和隱性客家人口高達2萬人，是南投縣客家人最多的鄉鎮市，她很想重塑客家文化讓客家人更有歸屬感而熱愛南投；黃玉振主委肯定許市長上任後，認真地發覺南投市竟然有這麼多客家人，又有心推動客家文化，也就全力支持南投市提出的客家文化空間營造計畫。

南投市振興里詔安客家文化空間營造計畫範圍包括振興里振興宮、清武堂和土地公廟之間的芳美社區，針對具有客家文化特色的「生廖死張」的詔安客家典故和「不食牛犬」的故事、文物、古蹟、產業和武術文化等進行保存工作，並營造客家文化環境，建構活動交流空間，形塑客家藝文中心的氛圍。
