摩爾莊園保管箱問題

現在摩爾警署那邊已經沒有保管箱 但是我又忘記以前設神麼密碼
我剛入的時候密碼我都忘了 縣在崇半 也忘了 可是縣在沒保管鄉 那我要怎麼辦 我除點進去以後到底怎麼月換摩爾裡面的東西呀? 也不能領保管箱崇設
那我又要廢伊之? 我除點很多了耶 怎辦˙˙

《貨櫃》亞歐線8月漲價順利，9月拼再漲

貨櫃航運亞－歐線在8月起實施今年Q3的第2波漲價計畫，由於貨量溫和增長，再加上航商自主調控運能的努力奏效，漲價結果尚稱順利，有效將運價撐在獲利水平上方；因全球主要航商上半年獲利並不理想，Q3撐住運價高檔的動機鮮明，隨短期供需趨於平衡，9月份亞－歐航路有機會再喊一波漲價，對於航商Q3財報將有正面助益。

亞－歐線自7月實施夏季第1波漲價以來，每TEU(標準20呎櫃)運價成功拉抬到1500美元以上，儘管7月下旬價格出現下修，8月初推動的第2波漲價，仍再度將運價提振至1450美元左右水準，顯示出傳統旺季的需求確有明顯支撐，加上航商追求利潤的意願十分堅定，漲價大抵成功。

據了解，全球貨櫃航商上半年獲利狀況多不理想，因此Q3的漲價對於航商全年財報而言，已是背水一戰、在此一搏，隨7、8月漲價獲得正面結果，海運業界也醞釀趁著貨量尚有支撐，在9月再祭出一波漲價措施，藉此提振Q3獲利。

較值得注意的是，航商配合漲價規劃，已透過停航、閒置船舶等作為，將部分運能撤出市場，惟今年度貨櫃船大型化趨勢並無退燒跡象，亞－歐線在MAERSK的1.8萬TEU超大船舶加入後，運能壓力更盛。

據統計，今年全球貨櫃輪運能年增幅度約7%，需求則年增5-6%，運能供需失衡景況未獲結構性改善，仍是航商須面對的難題。

長期而言，因大型貨櫃船多營運於東亞與西北歐、地中海等區域的基本大港，相較之下新興市場的港口設施還不能充分吸納不斷加入市場的大船運能，航商為了提振營運效益，也藉著擴大合作版圖來優化資源的投放、並力圖降低惡性競爭，對海運業界並不算是壞事。

惟以亞－歐線上「船滿為患」狀況來看，MAERSK、CMA CGM、MSC等3大巨頭攜手創建「P3」聯盟，一方面雖可穩固市場秩序，另一方面則可能造成運能與議價能力往大型航商一端傾斜，對於其他議價能力較弱的船公司而言，如何在亞－歐線貨量成長趨疲的此刻，尋得自身利基，勢將考驗航商的經營智慧。
