【綜合報導】菲律賓海巡署指出，昨晚發生有一艘渡輪撞上貨船，沉入海中，這起意外已造成至少24人死亡，並有274人失蹤，其餘572人獲救。

消息指出，渡輪當時載有870名乘客，而渡輪在意外發生後已經沉沒。

好久之前有朋友推薦這片給我，我也看了幾次的預告片 但隨後就被我忘記了，直到近日才又被我從影片堆裡挖出來 接下來有一點點雷 大致上電影的故事是在說一個狐妖想轉生成人的過程 在過程中參雜著三角戀情(?)以及一段異性戀 其中讓我覺得最厲害的情節是"試用"的那段，雖然後來有點帶過 但是就演技的部分，真的很合我胃口，最喜歡那種換人格的瞧段了(像假面騎士電王) 另外捉妖師一直是我很喜歡的角色 這一部的設定也很有趣，就是他其實什麼都不會，就是知道了些遺留下來的知識跟器具， 最厲害的東西卻是他身上的血 (這不是劉備梗嗎？身上最貴重的就是留著貴族的血！) 而最有趣的是他竟然愛上了一隻妖 就跟遠古以前的仙劍裡酒劍仙所說的很類似 " 魔非魔、道非道、善惡在人心 慾非慾、情非情、姻緣由天定 " 而犧牲很大的費翔，我只能說他的付出很大，因為那根本就不是費翔 造型根本就是麥克邁(笑) 整體而言，故事架構本身是還不錯，但詮釋上卻略顯平淡，在對感情的這塊，多了點矯情 橋段對白，引起不了觀眾的共鳴 滿分五星 好看度：★★★ (架構不錯，就是多了點矯情) 女主角：★★★★ (周迅真是太到位了，整部片就是看他而已) 推薦度：★★★ (推薦給喜歡聊齋系列的故事) -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 121.58.209.67

請問若是刑附民轉到民庭後,法官"集中審理",
集中審理原告及被告雙方都要出庭嗎?還是只有其中一方要出庭?還是都不用出庭?
刑事庭有準備程序,言詞辯論才會判決.
民事庭也會有準備程序,言詞辯論才會到判決嗎?
為什麼我親戚的案件是集中審理,但他沒收到傳票?是因為沒有請律師的關係嗎?
又當初雙方的爭執事項,刑庭法官已調查清楚也寫在判決書上了,那民庭法官還會
再把它列為爭執點嗎?
而且集中審理後就直接是言詞辯論,沒有準備程序嗎?
開完言詞辯論後就會判決了嗎?
民庭要開庭幾次呢?
若親戚要請的律師是法官的親兄弟這樣可以嗎?對我方會有利嗎?
