網誌無音樂版: http://www.dtmsimon.com/2012/12/mamayang.html 消費日期:2012/11 楊媽媽立食(丸一鮮魚行) 台中市第二市場內 04-22222611 每星期一公休。 上個月剛出差回國的周末，我一個當法國餐廳廚師的小弟來家裡 找我聊天。因為剛好要準備過兩天去長庚大學生活講座的教材， 所以當晚我們兄弟倆就先買材料回家試做。還好有這大廚幫忙提 點，所以講座當天冰箱可沒有漏氣唷。 因為弟弟是北部人剛來台中不久，所以來訪期間我們有跑到第二 市場去晃晃，順便覓食。楊媽媽立食其實冰箱多年遺前就已經注 意很久了，只是店家採預約制，時間上總是難配合所以遲遲沒行 動。這天跟弟弟兩個本來是想說過去看看，搞不好沒預約到的我 們會有意外的收穫，就這樣兩兄弟就騎著摩托車來到第二市場。 說起我們台中這個第二市場可是來頭不小，除了日據時代建造的 背景之外，聽老一輩的說當年這邊可是全中部最高級的市場，在 裡面出入的除了日本人之外就是有錢人囉。至於第二市場跟冰箱 的淵源起源於我的阿公，受日本教育的他除了當年是日本海軍正 規軍外，生魚片也是他每天餐桌上少不了的菜色。 旗魚生魚片是他的最愛，幾乎當時我家的冷凍庫都會冰著一盒一 盒切好的旗魚生魚片，來源就是第二市場裡頭那家"水波"(目前 叫做丸先鮮魚店，還有在)。除了市場本身之外，其實周邊也有 許多老台中人共同的回憶，像現在很少見專門批發糖果玩具的 店，小時候冰箱就曾來這邊"批貨"，然後拿去學校給同學一支籤 一塊錢抽番薯糖XD。還有中山路上的鳳麟酒家，聽說當年可是台 中地區最大的一家酒家夜總會，好像後來有發生過很嚴重的火警 氣爆....我是聽老一輩說的，總之他現在就是個廢墟。形容環境 原本就不是我的專長，不過第二市場的設計滿特別的，大家有機 會來台中可以去看看，如果對老建築有興趣的話。 楊媽媽立食的沿革我想也不需要冰箱來多做說明，網路上已經有 許多先進深度介紹過了。我這天是跟弟弟來碰運氣，沒想到看到 的是"楊媽媽坐食"!!!!有位置坐內!!!!雖然驚喜，不過號碼牌 還是得抽，我們拿到LUCKY SEVEN!!! 因為沒有趕時間，所以等待也變得無所謂，突然發現在店 "打卡"有好康???既然沒事，打打卡也沒差吧?只是這好康有規定， 必須在楊媽媽可愛的Q版人形立牌，拿著店家準備的"讚"道具拍下照 片上傳。大家別覺得無聊，因為精彩的真的在打卡後..... 在這邊提醒大家，如果吃日本料理喜歡喝兩杯，那我會建議大家 在等待的空檔到附近便利商店帶兩瓶啤酒佐餐，氣氛更棒喔! 店裡消費方式有兩種，分單點跟一定價位請楊媽媽處理，我們第一次 來，所以決定吃700元/人的套餐。點餐時店家會詢問有什麼不吃的， 其實我有說就是不吃鮭魚，不過後來還是吃到了XD。 不否認吃得很開心辣，但是楊媽媽一個人掌廚，基於同理心吧?我們兄 弟兩個都沒有覺得不開心。(註:不吃鮭魚是因為我個人的因素，跟鮭魚 本身的鮮美度是沒有關係的，有興趣的可以留言問我!) 接下來就是今天最重要的部分-餐點介紹囉! 首先登場的是壽司，一人份是一個海苔壽司跟豆皮壽司。其實一開始看 到壽司我眉頭有皺了一下，因為來這是吃鮮魚，壽司有點煞風景。還好 出的是我本來就還滿喜歡的海苔捲，味道也不錯，囫圇吞棗就把他給吃了。 接下來是鮮魚味噌湯，我只能說這一碗真的太銷魂，因為料都快比湯還 多了。湯本身味道也不會過鹹，是我們傳統的台式味噌湯，好喝唷。 再來是冷菜，明蝦沙拉就這樣給他殺出來了!!這一尾道地的澎湖斑節蝦， 如果我要在裕毛屋買一尾恐怕200塊錢跑不掉，這一盤只是這次用餐的前菜。 紮實的口感配上揚媽媽特調的美乃滋，不論是彈牙的蝦肉，或是冰鎮的美生 菜，吃起來都相當對味不膩。吃到好吃的當然想破解，我覺得那應該是美乃 滋和泰式甜辣醬做出來的味道，改天試試再跟大家分享!! 前菜的第二樣是佃煮鮮鮑魚，搭配剛剛提到的沙拉醬和楊媽媽獨家的蘿蔔 泡菜。鮑魚煮得很透，吃的時候無關牙口。淡淡的醬汁味道提鮮，整個吃在 嘴裡就很幸福! 剛剛不是有提醒大家一定樣記得打卡嗎?因為打了卡之後，這一貫鮭魚親子 炙握就跑出來了，還是楊媽媽親自上菜唷!!!鮭魚肚肉搭配醋飯輕炙後，擺 上珍貴的"一庫辣"，也就是鮭魚卵，大口咬下在嘴裡咀嚼，真的讓人有上 了天堂的感覺~~~這是打卡的福利，別忘了! 接下來這一道秋刀魚生魚片，大家都知道除非是相當新鮮的秋刀魚才能拿來 當作生魚片吃。楊媽媽巧妙利用薑汁及香草，巧妙的融合秋刀魚肉，吃起來 相當爽口不帶腥，吃過一次會懷念喔。 接下來是綜合生魚片，裡面的食材都是一時之選，計有紅魽、甜蝦、鮪魚、 干貝、鰹魚、鮭魚、馬糞海膽等。大家有沒有注意圖片中馬糞海單下面白白 一絲絲的並不是蘿蔔絲，而是花枝。花枝跟海膽搭配起來吃真的超級銷魂的呀!!! 最後怎麼又把味噌湯秀出來了呢?別覺得奇怪，如果我現在告訴大家這 一碗是"續碗"的大家覺得如何?是的，楊媽媽家的味噌湯續碗不只有給你 湯，連料都給得滿滿的像第一次端出來一樣。就是如此的真材實料，難怪 每次立食預約都在開放時間被秒殺。不過現在每天下午4點前楊媽媽有提 供坐食服務，不接受預約，採現場候位。如果大家想試試這每位時間又兜 不上，擇期不如撞期，就找機會去碰碰運氣吧!! -- 南北貨俱樂部: FB粉絲團: http://www.facebook.com/dtmsimoncook 電冰箱的吃喝玩樂誌: http://www.dtmsimon.com 線上廚藝教室: http://cook.dtmsimon.com -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.224.165.123 This entry passed through the Full-Text RSS service — if this is your content and you're reading it on someone else's site, please read the FAQ at fivefilters.org/content-only/faq.php#publishers. 記者康仁俊／台北報導 因應潭美颱風來襲，國防部表示，國防部配合中央災害應變中心二級開設，國軍災害應變中心二級開設完成，待命兵力共計4萬7000多人。 國防部指出，國軍已規劃待命兵力計有4萬7000多人、S-70C直升機8架、UH-1H直升機17架、C-130運輸機13架；另於新北市下湖西營區、宜蘭縣蘇澳中正基地及空軍嘉義基地等處，預置AAV-7兩棲突擊車10輛。 國防部表示，後備指揮部與各作戰區（聯兵旅）連絡官，將視縣市政府災害應變中心開設情形進駐，掌握即時災情與地方需求。

記者許世穎／台北－墨西哥連線報導 流行天后凱蒂佩芮（Katy Perry）二度為動畫《藍色小精靈2》（The Smurfs 2）擔任配音，被問到自己最想挑選有什麼特質的「小精靈」男友，竟語出驚人的說想要「巨屌」小精靈！ 凱蒂佩芮再度為「小美人」獻聲，日前與飾演「賈不妙」的漢克阿薩瑞亞（Hank Azaria）、尼爾派翠克哈里斯（Neil Patrick Harris）以及導演雷賈高斯奈（Raja Gosnell），一同接受台灣媒體視訊訪問。提到為動畫片配音的最大好處，凱蒂笑說：「可以穿著睡衣、吃著零食，最棒的就是不用化妝！」

基本上「耆那教」與「佛教」差不多古老，
請看底下的介紹： 耆那教是由大雄（Mahavira，馬哈比拉）所創，生存年代在西元前５９９－５２７年，與佛陀同時代。大雄生於印度河流域，屬於印度剎帝利階級，具有王子身份。他３０歲出家，成為居無定所的苦行僧。在苦行１２年後獲得證悟，稱為『耆那』（意為勝利者）。後來，大雄收了１２位弟子，他們將大雄教法彙編成經典，並著手建立教團，以恆河流域為主要傳布發展地區，『摩揭陀國』的『那爛陀城』便是耆那教的中心。
