【李政遠／雲林報導】有「北基隆、東宜蘭、南虎尾」之稱的全省三大中元祭，以「市仔普」為特色的虎尾中元祭，劃分為東、西、南、北、中、德興宮、福德區等七個區域舉行，今不畏懼風雨，街巷商店老闆、攤販準備好牲禮、蔬果、米、酒及餅乾等，集中在街道拜拜。
 
今年傳出狂犬病，虎尾中元祭用捏麵做出「鼬獾」造型普渡，希望「好兄弟」能庇佑阻擋狂犬病疫情擴散；雖然下雨，商家誠意不減，露天普渡祭拜「好兄弟」，祈福生意興隆賺大錢。

中央氣象局局長辛在勤於晚上10:30左右宣布，潭美颱風的暴風圈將在周四(22日)凌晨2:30離開台灣本島，預計最快周四早上8:30能同時解除海上、陸上颱風警報。

【中央社台北21日電】中央氣象局表示，今天晚間8時輕颱潭美中心在台北的北北西方約90公里海面，向西轉西北西移動，中部以北在暴風圈內。

氣象局指出，輕度颱風潭美的7級風暴風半徑180公里，10級風暴風半徑50公里，以每小時25公里速度向西轉西北西進行，近中心最大風速每秒30公尺。

氣象局預測，明天晚間8時潭美颱風的中心在中國大陸福州的西方400公里。

氣象局說，暴風圈已西移，暴風圈仍籠罩台中以北、東北部及東部陸地，各地風雨持續。

陸上警戒區域包括宜蘭、花蓮、台北、基隆、新北、桃園、新竹、苗栗、台中、彰化、雲林、嘉義、南投地區及馬祖、金門應嚴加戒備並防強風豪雨。

海上警戒區域包括台灣北部海面、東北部海面、東南部海面及台灣海峽北部航行及作業船隻應嚴加戒備。

氣象局表示，適逢大潮期間，沿海低窪地區應嚴防淹水及海水倒灌。

暴風圈漸遠 天亮前解除陸警

【中央社台北21日電】中央氣象局今天表示，輕颱潭美的中心逐漸遠離北台灣，如果行進路徑和速度不變，預估22日天亮之前可望解除陸上颱風警報。

氣象局說，這次颱風接近的速度，比幾天前預估的稍快一點，路徑也略為北偏，各地氣象站測得的最大陣風多為10級風，野柳一帶是11級風，彭佳嶼測到14級的陣風。

氣象局指出，今晚10時颱風的中心位置已經到達台北的西北西方約120公里的海面，7級風半徑為180公里，以每小時25公里速度，向西轉西北西進行，近中心最大風速每秒30公尺。

氣象局說，清晨之前解除陸上颱風警報後，接下來可望在明天上午8時或10時解除海上颱風警報。

吃藥是為了增加肌耐力,減輕疲勞,增加力量, 提昇專注度等等目的 在未來的年代,我百分之百相信,吃藥(也可以說是營養品)這件事是永遠不會消失的, 有的只是驗得出來的藥,或是驗不出來的藥 還有傷身或是不傷身的差別 如果有一天,營養品的科技已經到了連驗都驗不出來的一天,是否可能乾脆開放,大家各憑本事,花錢進補 像是紅景天,草藥等等天然的粹取物,有一天開發到也能達成同樣目的時,是該禁還是不禁呢? 只要不要物理性的介入(例如裝機械手臂?) 如果全面開放,不知道會出現什麼生化怪物或是鬼神成績? 這有點像bbo...各憑本事花錢買裝備,,也好像沒人說不公平了 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.168.147.160
