基隆市議長黃景泰被控圖利建商涉貪案，高院今天二度發回更裁。基隆地院表示，將於晚間9時第三度召開羈押庭。

黃景泰涉貪羈押案，基隆地方法院昨天認定黃景泰無逃亡之虞，裁定以新台幣200萬元交保，限制出境。基隆地檢署提出抗告。

台灣高等法院今天認為基隆地院未詳查有無串供之虞、誤認議長職權與貪汙罪無關，二度撤銷基隆地方法院交保裁定，發回基隆地院更裁。(中央社)
