傻傻枯等 有手機沒人報警

〔自由時報記者賴筱桐／新北報導〕淡水情人塔乘客受困高空9小時，詭異的是，受困遊客傻傻空等近6小時，竟無人撥打110或119自救？

其實如果早一點打電話求救，情況或許不同；受困者陳先生事後說，起初服務人員告知是「台電斷電」，他誤以為飯店會通報消防局，等到晚上9點多有點無聊，拿起手機上網到媒體網站投訴，11點左右已有媒體得知訊息，他以為相關部門應該也都知道，沒想到一連串陰錯陽差，讓他們在塔頂枯等了大半夜。

而業者本身反應慢好幾拍，更是難以理解，特別是前晚8點08分，工程人員前來檢修，當時飯店自認「自己有能力處理」，讓技師手動操作機械，努力試幾次，眼見座艙仍無法下降，才通知協力廠商，廠商從準備器材，到風塵僕僕從桃園趕到淡水，時間已是隔天凌晨零點15分。

不料廠商摸索了1個多鐘頭，問題仍無法解決，此時遊客已受困6小時，飯店眼看苗頭不對，終於向消防局報案（見圖，記者溫于德攝）。
